Not clean Garbage disposal not working Hot water and tub jet downstairs not working Dirty dishes upon arrival No handyman came to help us out Was told garbage disposal was NOT an amenity (that's odd)

The views alone from this place are perfect! It had everything we needed and definitely had the space! Beds and all living spaces were very comfortable! There were jetted tubs in each room and also a jacuzzi outside! Had the most comfy oversized bean bag and a cute game area!

The property does need to be sprayed, we had a lot of lady bugs downstairs. The fireplace was taken apart due to waiting on parts but I was refunded for the inconvenience so no complaint. As far as the cleanliness of the place the jetted tubs was a bummer…the jets need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The grill was also not cleaned therefore we never used it.

Fire place by kitchen did not work. When i reached out to booking.com they didn’t even know what kind of fireplace the property had. Not very useful. Jacuzzi in bedroom on the upper level was filthy and the button was very hard to press to get the jets started. Once the jets started the water had a ton of black specks though out it and was nasty. Could not use. The shower in the master bedroom on lower level faucet was stripped and was very difficult to turn on and off. Closet door to laundry room was broken. Housekeeping looked rushed. Toilet paper and paper towels provided were very low quality.

Location was great, lay out of rooms was great.

It was pretty perfect! Nothing beats sitting in your own private hot-tub overlooking the mountains. It was a sister trip with all of our kids, and the kids loved the game room there was a arcade game pool table and other fames along with a tv. There were so many bathrooms. Every room had a bathroom and jacuzzi tub and a shower. They also had a extra bathroom just in case. Each room came with our own tv and king size bed. There was also a tv in the game room and the living room. It was plenty of room and really great views! The kitchen also came with all the utensils needed. But it was perfect and not far from Gatlinburg. the visitor center is at the bottom of where the cabin is so we rode that to Gatlinburg for free. Overall I definitely recommend this cabin it was perfect for us!

The only thing is the bottom room shower is messed up you have to turn the base for it to work and the jets in that bathtub jacuzzi didn't work. But the others ones did in the other rooms.

The views. Amenities plenty of towels and blankets. Everything worked. It was all around a very great experience.
