Schon die Begrūßung war ausgesprochen herzlich. Obwohl unser Flug mehrfach Verspätung hatte, hat man uns vom Flughafen abgeholt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig , sehr sauber & modern , es fehlte an nichts. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad über die Reisfelder war man in einer 3/4 h. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, auch vegetarische Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Fahrräder konnten geliehen werden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind zu jeder Tages- und Abendzeit !!! ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Phuc hatte immer für alle Gäste ein offenes Ohr. Wir sagen allen von Herzen Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit und wünschen noch viele zufriedene Gäste🙏

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage für alle Unternehmungen an den Strand/ Umgebung. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das extrem freundliche und immer sehr hilfsbereite Personal, so habe ich das nur sehr selten erlebt……, vielen Dank noch einmal, das machte unseren Aufenthalt in Hõi An unvergesslich

The staff were exceptional friendly and welcoming.

Wij hebben genoten van de ligging van het hotel, de charme van het hotel, de hygiëne in het hotel maar met name de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het personeel is ontzettend service gericht en heel vriendelijk(van het regelen van een taxi tot en met het uitleggen hoe de fietsen werken inclusief slot) wij hebben dit nog nooit op deze wijze meegemaakt( ze kenden ons hielpen met het boeken van een trein etc.) beste hotel tot nu toe in Vietnam. Dank jullie wel voor het warme en persoonlijke gevoel dat jullie ons gegeven hebben. Tevens zijn de kamers mooi en schoon en zijn er restaurants en winkels in de omgeving. In tien minuten ben je in hoi an op de fietsen van het hotel.

best 2 things were the staff and the room. and generally the vibe the hotel is nice. they were so nice that they pre prepared a breakfast for us, due to our early flight

gym and massage area could have been better. massage is done under bright light and maybe i missed it but only saw a few treadmills. hard to say there is a gym

The hotel is modern, clean and well decorated. The room layout was good with lots of storage and a reasonable size for 2 people. The staff were very friendly and greeted us by name. They were eager to please and very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the beach and we spent part of every day there. The hotel pool was also a convenient way to get some water time without the salt and waves of the sea and a good place to relax if the sea breeze was a bit strong. Breakfast was varied and again the staff would go out of their way to accommodate requests. We had a great few days there and felt we were leaving our family behind when we left. A big thank you to everyone especially Summer and Phuc who were always there to help with a smile.

Nothing of any consequence. When we arrived our room looked out on the tin roof of next doors shack, not the garden view we expected. When we asked about this they moved us to a room with a pool view, technically an upgrade, which made us happy.

This gem of a hotel was so wonderful we extended our stay. The staff are gracious, charming and courteous, and gave us the warmest welcome. It’s 2mns from the beach and only a short walk to restaurants and small neighbourhood bars.

Ein ganz neues und sehr komfortables Boutique-Hotel! Die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hübscher kleiner Pool, sehr geräumige und gut eingerichtete Suite, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundlicher Service. Es gibt einige einfache, aber gute Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung und mit einem Grab kommt man in 10 Minuten für unter 100.000 Dong ins Zentrum von Hoi An.

Die Suite mit Gartenblick liegt im Erdgeschoss und der Ausblick ist dadurch recht limitiert. Die Zimmer mit Balkon in den höheren Stockwerken haben sicherlich den schöneren Ausblick.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the breakfast, the pool, the spa, the beach and the room. It's one of only a few places I've ever stayed and already making plans to visit again. Truly home away from home. It's a 10min grab to the city centre but there's a great strip of shops and restaurants only 50m from hotel which are quaint and mostly family run.

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel, dass sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist! Unser Zimmer war super, es war sehr sauber, schick und wir hatten einen Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder, wie fast überall in Hoi An, mit denen man auch gut in die Altstadt fahren kann. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war wirklich extrem gut. Das beste, was wir in Vietnam hatten. Man bestellt sich am Vorabend per QR Code was man haben möchte aus einer Auswahl an vietnamesischen und westlichen Speisen. Dazu frische Säfte, guten Kaffee (italienisch oder vietnamesisch) und Nachtisch. Hier kann man wirklich rein gar nichts aussetzen. Das Hotel hat erst im Sommer 2023 eröffnet und ist noch recht unbekannt. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden wieder buchen.

Warm welcome, super nice, new hotel away from tourism in Hoi An. Quickly get to Hoi An by scooter or Grab/taxi. The entire staff is present at all times to ensure your best well-being. The premier room was large and beautifully furnished and had everything you could want for a perfect stay. Breakfast must be ordered the evening before (but easy per online possible). The beach is a stone's throw away (beach quality, well, there are nicer ones). Various restaurants and massages can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Overall package is right, definitely recommended. Thank you very much for the wonderful days with you and the nice conversations (Sara, Summer, Tai and Phuc), you are a great team at the front.

Simply perfect! Hotel is brand new in 2023 and located less 100m meter from A Bang beach on narrow alleyway. Getting to the beach takes 1min. Hotel itself is outstanding, modern rooms with all equipment you need and generous size. Breakfast is quite a unique and great experience: it’s served ala carta but every guest fills online form the day before, and breakfast is the best one we had in entire Vietnam, consists of starter, salad, main (European or Vietnamese) and desert with coffee and fresh squeezed juices, it is delicious and simply put: the best. The staff is just a cherry on top: helpful and kind, made stay as comfortable as possible even with our middle in the night arrival.

Das Team im CHiEM Hotel und das Hotel an sich sind Mega! Wir haben hier sogar noch eine weitere Nacht verlängert weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, beim Frühstück hatten wir den besten Coconut Coffee des Urlaubs und der Service drum herum war grandios.

Das es einem so gut gefällt, dass man nicht mehr gehen mag.

The CHiEM staff was beyond excellent. Their service is phenomenal. Great (natural) mineral pool. A perfect a-la-carte breakfast and just half a minute walk to the best beach of Hoi An (An Bang). You can rent a scooter from the hotel (150k p/day) to get to Hoi An town, which is just a 10 minute ride. Or Da Nang (30 minutes)

Wir sind in der Regenzeit hier gewesen und waren somit doch mehr als gewünscht in unserem Hotelzimmer. Hier haben wir wirklich nichts vermisst. Das Hotel ist sehr schön designt, liebevolle Einrichtung und Deko, alles sehr besonders und hochwertig. Der Pool war sehr sauber und auch hier fielen die schönen Details ins Auge… Die Anlage ist toll beflanzt und ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück muss man am Abend vorher bestellen, was ich allerdings, gerade wenn das Hotel nicht voll besetzt ist, sehr nachhaltig finde. Täglich gibt es zwei Flaschen frisch gefiltertes Wasser umsonst, welches, in Glasflaschen abgefüllt, im Zimmer steht.  Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, steht mit Empfehlungen und Ratschlägen zur Seite, hat, wenn nötig , einen Regenschirm parat und denkt mit - vielen Dank Ihnen allen!

The Hotel is located in the perfect location at A Bang Beach. 100m to beach and easy level walk to everything else. The breakfast is fantastic, as are all of the hotel amenities however the biggest highlight are all of the staff. Exceptional. If you want to stay in a hotel environment, just book now.

This place is must stay hotel. From the first step you are 24 hours a day surrounded with atmosphere of hospitality and amicability. Personnel's professionalism is above expectation.Very tasty food. 50 steps to the well equipped and clean beach. Nice brand new modern clean hotel. Very quiet and relaxing away from the noise. Very short walk to a quiet, peaceful, relaxing, beautiful beach. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Free bikes. Good area. Many bars and restaurants are nearby. Hoi An old town is only about 10 minutes away. The best thing is the friendly, personalised service. Small hotel with a few staff who you get to know very well and become your friends. Phuc was a genuinely nice, caring man who checked with me daily and always gave me good advice and suggestions. The area felt safe and secure.

I wish I had stayed longer.
