I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and really enjoyed being signature level and having a separate pool to ourselves. I think the service by the pool could be improved

We had a fantastic stay at TRS Ibiza signature level. The staff were great, especially our butlers Paula and Jennifer. The food was amazing. The hotel grounds and the pools were superb. The only negative is that there's nowhere to get a snack after 10:30pm. There is 24 hour room service but this is at a cost.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations on all fronts, and has easily been our best holiday together. We paid extra for the signature level all inclusive package, which provided access to further drinks and selected areas within the hotel. This allowed us to integrate with other guests and maximise the experiences of the hotel.
The signature level also provided access to either a restaurant or club night per day, which we fully maximised. All three restaurants, including the gourmet truck (eight course tasting menu) and the buffet were of excellent quality compared to other all inclusive experiences. The highlight for us was Helios, where the food was delicious and well portioned, to the standard of our local restaurants in Edinburgh.
The staff were amazing, especially Jennifer and Paula from the butler team who were on hand 24/7 through WhatsApp. They managed all of our bookings, and any additional requests almost instantaneously. Plus they were always full of positive energy, and it was a pleasure to be greeted by them each morning.
The pools were great and drink selection was above any previous all inclusive we’ve attended. The waited drinks service was slightly slower, but we just popped up to the pool bar and it would arrive within 5 mins - not a deal breaker or issue for us. The pool team, specifically Santo and Alfonzo were also very attentive, professional and helpful.
The hotel was a 10/10 experience and we look forward to our return!

The check in experience was awful taking over 30 minutes to check in without a queue. The room was quite dark but very clean! Food

Not what i expected. We went with Cala Gracio because it was adults only but other than the pool there was really nothing to do on the resort. We had to walk past the pool area of the Tanit hotel with luggage and every time we needed to exit the resort. The wifi did not work at all in our building and the entertainment offered was not so good. Resort is not for a mid aged crowd but the food at Cala Graci was awesome and waitresses there were really friendly. Only one restaurant. Not a horrible stay but definitely not what we expected.

Room was clean and good size. Food was good and staff in dining area very attentive. The hotel pool area is tired and could do with some new sun beds and umbrellas but overall it was good value for money.

I was in the other part of the structure so more intimate and beautiful. The staff there was perfect, very kind and professional. Washrooms were very clean even in the swimming pool area. When I was walking on the other part of the hotel where there were more people: there is less attention to the customers but it’s right like this since it’s very busy.

Nicely appointed rooms and lovely restaurant and bar staff.Food reasonably good. Cleaning of rooms not the best, and the sickly sweet air freshener in the public areas really spoiled the place, and actually made me nauseous. For that reason I would not stay there again.

Great hotel. Staff are all friendly and work hard. Rooms are cleaned ever day. The bar serves branded alcohol. Food is a bit basic, but of a good quality. Cala Gracio beach is really nice and only seconds away by walking down some steps. Sunset Strip approx a mile away or €8 taxi. I would recommend and hope to return soon.

Great hotel, everything needed was available. Although called Fiesta Hotel (Party Hotel) it’s was totally opposite. Peaceful, relaxing and quiet. But being able to use all the facilities of the larger hotel Tanit next door have us everything we need, as they have all the entertainment and lots more facilities, pool tables, outside seating area etc. Would well recommend the Fiesta Hotel and would def go back. The food was better than the Tanit with an a la carte menu as well as the buffet and as the hotel only has 50 rooms there are no queues or fighting for the buffet. Nice relaxed atmosphere

You will find it weird when you walk to your hotel as you check in through hotel Tanit, and have to walk right beside their pool where kids might splash your luggage. The WiFi advertised can barely download 1 Netflix episode per day, so do not rely on there being usable WiFi. Staff were all great other than the grumpy elder reception attendant. Food is as expected from an all inclusive resort.

THE WORST THING, HOTEL TANIT, THEY USE THE POOL OF CALA GRACIO (ONLY ADULTS) THEY DONT RESPET THE RULES.

The hotel is close to a very nice beach, only 1min to go! Its not in the busy area of ibiza, but you can reach it by a 10min walk!
The only bad thing is the coffee at breakfast (from 10am you get good coffee)

The rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet and secluded. The rooms at the front overlook the massive Hotel Tanit and noise from the dining room and pool of the Tanit can be intrusive.Staff are excellent, nice pool and the ,ocation is good.

Overall the stay was great. The food was good the hotel and room were lovely. The issue we had was finding we couldn't have the room we booked on the first night as they had double booked. So we had to be down graded which is not what you'd expect from Hotels.com or this hotel. This was rectified the 2nd day after numerous discussions

This time we came a week earlier, which we think was better as it seemed a bit quieter and the weather was much better .(we know its not guaranteed) The food was excellent, the room tidy and clean and we were just outside of San Antonio bay which meant we could go in, enjoy the atmosphere and then walk out so no disturbed nights, great!!

Staff are very polite and helpful (and thankfully speak excellent English), food was ok but could have had more vegetarian options (although there were more than expected), room was very cool thanks to aircon (which you could easily control) and overall had a lovely stay.

Lovely little hotel. We stayed in the adults only section. Food was good with great selection and variety. Every meal had a seep rate menu apart from the buffet as well. The staff were polite and very accommodating. My only grumble was the wifi... They never seemed to sort the issue out but eventually we were given free wifi vouchers. Resort was far enough from San Antonio for peace and quiet but close enough to venture in for a night out. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

All inclusive option included branded drinks and spirits. Lots of choice for food and impeccable hygiene standards in all catering areas. Staff were genuinely happy to serve you. Their spoken English was very good which made it easier for us as we don't speak a work of Spanish. Very restful and relaxing around the pool. Always lots of space and sun loungers to go around. Jacuzzi bath in room was a luxury. It was great that we could control the air con and ceiling fan in our bedroom. It cost about £25 for a 30 minute taxi from airport. There was only a sports or 24hour news channel in English, it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie in English in our bedroom. Good value for money holiday with a touch of luxury. We were on our honeymoon and would love to go back for an anniversary.

We had such a nice relaxing holiday here. Hotel has lovely modern decor, esp fantastic bathrooms. Staff friendly, food excellent. Downside no drawers in room, sometimes no sun beds because lots of people from hotel next door were on them.

The Cala Gracio is tucked away in the trees, thankfully separate from the Hotel Tanit, or the Hotel 'Av-it' as we came to call it. The less said about the Tanit, the better.
Can't fault the service at the Cala Gracio, staff are all friendly. Food is OK, became a bit repetitive but if all else fails plump for the hamburger which is always on the menu. Its located in a lovely part of Ibiza, just north of the San Antonio area but as you head north there are some lovely beaches around which aren't too far away.
The bar is nice and quiet and has quite a good choice for all inclusive, we had many lovely evenings after dinner sat on the bar's terrace watching the ghecko's climbing the walls.
One bad part about this hotel is the fact that the adult pool with the hotel is open for the Hotel Tanit guests, who really do swindle you out of the sunbeds. The towels were lined up by the time you come out from Breakfast. But if you managed to get to the pool, its a lovely area and its really well maintained by the staff there who work such long hours to keep it looking good.
