I liked the location, but I had a hire car and a lazy teenager who didn’t want to do the 20 minute walk to beach area. Coffee shop right opposite not best coffees or pastries though but ok. Mini market down the road, couple of cafes a short walk. Nice deco, nice balcony area

Washing machine needs replacing, didn’t drain my wash! Shower head holder is not working. No pool access, so got compensated 20% after I contacted. As the pool needs a key fob for entry which wasn’t supplied with keys. TV is awful but don’t come on holiday to watch TV. No parking for this property!! When all others have numbered spaces under the building, and in the heat you need to be parked in the shade. I contacted the people managing it and was told to park on the street!!! Luckily a resident told me the numbers of residents whom were not there and which spaces to use. So I was able to park under building whole trip.

Nice place for me. It has its essentials, there is a coffee shop crossing the road and a small market to get the essentials. Makenzie beach is 15 min walk and Finikoudes beach is 20 min walk or you can take the bus either way and get there in less than 8 minutes. It has a nice pool as well. Its very residential place but for the value its perfect If you are into Fitness you wouldn't mind the walking.

Shower needs to be repair as it does not hold properly. The AC was leaking an needs to be repair.
