Nice place!

Beautiful Nice place. Guest house clean and brand new modern. Room with coffee, tea, kettle etc. Host nice person and helped book and payed for taxi for us. Very close to Gatwick Airport and shops. Recommend to anyone going to airport holiday.

Guest house very nice and very comfortable!. I love the bath tub. Kamran very helpful with all directions to the guest house and airport and helped me with shops and restaurants nearby. He offered to pick me up!.

Close to Gatwick Airport. Bus stop and shops right next to guest house. Clean and comfy bed. Bedroom comes with coffee tea, plates, utensils. Check-in and Check-out very smooth!

Comfortable room, easy check in.

No toilet tissue in the bathroom. Being a shared house with tenants, no toilet tissue in the bathrooms. Would be good if this was provided in the room for someone like me who was only stopping the night.

Best thing was the attentiveness of the host, Kamran. My arrival time should have been a kyt 9pm but, due to severe traffic delays, I arrived at Crawley at midnight. Kamran and I communicated throughout the late evening and picked me up so late, and VERY reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable and shared toilet/bathroom was excellent..big and very clean and new looking. Next morning, Kamran took me to Gatwick, again BETY reasonable price and we went via Tesco/ATM which is nearby, walking distance. Thank you Kamran..will see you again. Ps. There is renovation work going on at entrance..no big deal.

Nothing really. Perfect for overnight stay

The room was very comfortable and the shared bathroom was kept very clean. Didn't have any complaints about sharing those facilities due to the cleanliness. Location was nice and only a 15-20 minute walk into the main town centre.

Superb and Fantastic stay. Host was extremely kind and very helpful with all requests. Smooth self explained check in and check in. House is fully refurbished and well modern and excellent new facilities. Room very cleaned and shared bathroom and kitchen very clean and equipped. Room bed very comfy comes with tv, wardrobe, ac, coffee. Property very close to shops, pubs, town centre and gatwick airport. Would recommend to anyone and will be back again!

It’s about a 10 minute ride from Gatwick airport to Caburn Guest House. It was easy to find, well marked. Instructions are given before check in. Easy self check in. Room has basic amenities. Shared bathroom (very clean). Kamran the host stayed in contact to make sure I had a smooth check in. No issues at all. Slept well before catching a flight back home! Well recommended for holiday makers and workers.

Location was very good - close to good bus services.

This was definitely NOT a room in a luxury house. There were 4 permanant residents with whom we shared facilities. We were told to not use any utensils, equipment, etc in the kitchen because it all belonged to other people. The show over the bath was broken and sprayed water everywhere. There was a tiny corner shower, but you couldn't bend down and pick up anything dropped it was so small. no toilet paper, outside door is exceedingly difficult to open, we had to supply our own toilet paper but host did not tell us this - we found out we were using another resident's loo paper! Rubbish filled yard and garage.

On arrival I had received a message saying accommodation is cancelled. ( this is 2 hours from first message) no one answered my calls I had to get a taxi to other accommodation at a huge expense

The bedroom was really clean and tidy...bed was comfy

Didn't stay longer enough to comment on this .....just mainly used the bedroom
