We didn't even get into the property! She told us at the door she had cancelled the booking because she had some kind of problem though we have had no knowledge from her or booking.com that it was cancelled so we were left on the door wondering what the hell what to do! She said she had put the money back into our accounts but a day later We still are waiting for it. We had to drive home late because she slammed the door on our faces! Unacceptable behaviour. Never never again!

What didn't we like? We couldn't even get into the property! She said she had cancelled but our money hadn't come back into our account and we had no email or text telling us she had cancelled! So we were stuck in Teversham with nowhere to sleep for the night - and any other hotels were booked or too expensive. Did she expect us to sleep in our car? Still we haven't seen the money we paid!
