Great little townhouse. Would have rated all 5 stars, but thr townhouse pictured was not the one we stayed. A few small amenties were not in the ln the one we were in. However nice place.

Clean condo in relatively new neighborhood. Keurig for coffee, but don't forget to bring your own supplies. Large TV in living room provided. Multiple restaurants within 5 miles.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our time there. The only suggestion would be a better stocked kitchen.

When we first walked through the door, we were amazed at the spacious accommodations. The living room sofa is so comfortable. All you need is a blanket to cozy up with.The kitchen is big and spacious, and has up to date finishes. The master bedroom is huge, and the king size bed will have you sleeping like a baby. The bathroom is unbelievable!! So much space it could be an extra bedroom. I would stay here again the next time I am in Rock Hill. It is truly an excellent home.

Everything was as described by the host. We enjoyed a comfortable weekend near our family gathering.

The place was very clean and easy to find. It was small which was not a problem. Listed as 2 bedroom, but one was so small there wasn't any place to put luggage. I could deal with all of that, but the bed in the small room had no support and very uncomfortable. I ended up on the couch the first night. Our friends changed rooms with us the second night and one of them had to go to the couch as the bed was so uncomfortable. The other bed was better and not lumpy, but sagged. It needed better support or at least a little firmer. Aside from the beds, the place was very nice.

I was very please with property location was good not to far from Charlotte. It was quiet and cozy. I would definitely stay again

Had ACL worlds in Rock Hill and this was the so convenient with the short drive. Great to come back to the condo and get to relax like you were at home.

We had a great stay at the Cozy Cottage Condo! We were in town to spend a day at Carowinds and this is a great location. It is also a short drive to Old Town with great restaurants and things to do. We had a great weekend and would stay again!

This property was very clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The property had everything we needed for a longer stay. We were able to make meals and catch up on laundry conveniently at the property. The location was quiet and perfect for what we needed to do in Rock Hill and surrounding areas. Check in and communication all went very smoothly and was prompt. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in the area for the week traveling for a busy 5-day basketball tournament. We wanted somewhere to be able to rest easily and be comfortable, something that hotels can't always offer families. This condo had the space, the necessities, total cuteness overload, and we loved it. The owner, Robbie, was great at communication, answered quickly and was very easy to work with. The condo community was quiet, safe, and close to anything we needed. The pictures online do not do this cute place justice! We would definitely rent again if ever in the area. We loved the bedroom/bathroom spaces. For our son, who is 6'7, he loved having his own bedroom and bathroom/personal space that a hotel doesn't offer, so he could rest physically and mentally between his games. The price to rent was very reasonable and helped so much with an already tight budget for travel ball. We appreciate the owners so much for helping to keep this family rested and comfortable during our stay!
