For the price can’t go wrong clean and great bed

In room seven could do with bedside lamp and I like a powerful shower the shower was fine and got the job done but be nice to get bit of a boost just my opinion not a real letdown

Good value for money. Easy stopover close to Le Shuttle.

Fridge/freezer in upstairs room filled with other peoples food which was not labelled or in suitable containers…contrary to notice stuck to fridge door. Goodness knows how long stuff had been left there! Eggs with cracked shells in fridge door. Freezer needed defrosting.

Location and ease of checking in

The bed was very uncomfortable, the traffic was loud, even with the window shut,the toilet was very noisy, we could hear it from other rooms.

May be electric toilets (flush system) are efficient, but it is noisy :(

Location was good for us… visiting family!! Was basically clean and comfortable!

We didn’t have a parking space when we got back to guesthouse. We only had one teabag on tea tray and only one small towel… think housekeeping had forgotten a couple of things 😩

The room was very clean. Good facilities. Monika was very helpful. A short cab ride away from Maidstone town centre.

There was nothing I did not like. I was very happy with my stay.

The location was perfect, clean and as advertised

The room was hot but supplied a fan which we used, but we did have 4 nearly adults in the room.

The staff of the guesthouse 'Monika' was excellent and professional all through the process of booking and my stay in the guesthouse. It was a fantastic area and the very easy to locate. I will certainly recommend the guesthouse to friends and family.

Very tired and unloved place. Not the cleanest: grey white sheets and general cleanliness very questionable. Toilet flushes well but it makes the sound of a MIG21 fighter jet. Front (main entrance) door always unlocked (change to a self locking door). The traffic sound will stay with me for a while: relentless stream of massive trucks speeding past your not-so-well glazed window (change to sound proof double glazed). No aircon so you are forced to listen to the noise outside in the summer. But.... you get what you pay for. IMPROVEMENTS: Clean room No noise Silent flush on the toilet White sheets White towels Sound proof windows Self locking front door Post box for self check in (I don't feel comfortable displaying my passport, DOB and address details in the hallway) Remove the second 'B' from 'B&B'@ there is no sign of breakfast there

The accommodation was Clean with modern facilities. The environment was welcoming . The staff was so caring and looked after us very well.

Nothing. We will be happy to visit again in the future.
