The property manager was very nice! However this property is dated and needs updating. The refrigerator was stinking. It served it’s purpose but the reviews and pictures were deceiving!

This property is not perfect by any means, they had a good photographer, but we still had a comfortable time and enjoyed our stay. The updated areas of the units are nice, but much of the unit is still dated and a little shabby. However, the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean, the water pressure was good, the air conditioning and wifi worked well, and the views and access to the beach were super. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place where you can walk out to the beach and enjoy your day and come back and clean up and do it again, it’s a comfortable place to do so. If you are looking for fancy, this isn’t it.

I liked how helpful and friendly the staff were. My only negative would be that it smelled like weed on multiple floors of the resort after sharing that smoking is not allowed at the resort.

Didn’t like it it nothing to what the picture the furniture is old it’s not clean the windows to the ocean is dirty you don’t see the ocean it was very bad experience and I left fast didn’t stay

Property is nothing like pictures posted. Very outdated. Mold noted on ceiling. Door’s kept getting stuck. Door handles very rusty. Our refrigerator had to changed out due to first one didn’t keep groceries cold. Our milk spoiled. Elevator and hallways very dirty. Luggage carts falling apart. Will not be back.

This “hotel” does not advertise accurate pictures of their property. It was very run down, smells of mildew/mold, dirty and just a disappointment.

Our room was not like the ones in the photo. It was very outdated. The twin beds were in a "closet" This is very concerning. We would not stay at this property again.

We have had the best stay, located near everything, easy parking, friendly staff, Angie & Liek was absolutely amazing! We met several families that became friends! We loved it so much that were already going to book again for next year! Very family oriented & the best fireworks

This place made our vacation very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were courteous and respectful. The property could use some upgrades but, it was very well kept. Most of things I see people giving lower ratings about I could expect if this was rated as a 4star or above hotel but, it’s not. For the price here compared to surrounding resorts, you get more than what amenities than should be expected. I recommend and would def stay again

Two bedrooms and living room with kitchen and two bath unit was very clean and the staff were amazing! We will be staying here again. Pool, kids pool and jacuzzi were well taken care of. Ping pong, corn hole and outdoor connect 4. Great location with easy access to the beach.

We initially booked another resort and checked out immediately after checking in due to the disgusting state of the room and misleading accommodations. We felt the need to check for bedbugs and that was enough to tell us it was not worth the risk. Being an 11 hour drive from home we had no choice but to book another room elsewhere. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with so much kindness and consideration. The front desk representative Angie even took us up to the room to make sure we were happy given what had just happened. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable for our family. After a series of events that left our Myrtle Beach stay less than desirable and unforeseen costs mentioned above, we asked if we could leave early. We were refunded a portion of our money for the unplanned expenses we incurred, provided other dining suggestions, and even offered to allow us to stay the third evening on them. They did not have to do any of this but they did. Never have we ever been treated with so much compassion. They truly care for their costumers, down to providing organic shampoos and soaps in the rooms. The pool area is great, so many seating options outside, and outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Very family friendly. Can’t recommend them enough. Above and beyond. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you Willow Bay. You made the difference. God bless.

My family stayed here recently. We were very unhappy with customer service. The front desk lady was unfriendly. We tried asking for toilet paper and towels for our room and they would not respond to us. They took a whole 24 hours to get us towels. Our room was supposed to have a queen bed and we only had a full size bed. The hotel itself was not bad or dirty but we did find some roaches on our last day. I would not stay here again.

I stayed on the 9th floor I had a beautiful view of the ocean!! The staff here are all very polite! The rooms are very nice! It was a very nice place for my family to stay!

The location is nice, but the property and rooms are much more dilapidated than the photos let on. Furthermore, a smoke detectir was missing from the room. The bed was one of the least comfortable I've slept on. The property details are inaccurate, and there was no bar/lounge on property. The room was fairly dirty upon check in. It felt like the floors had never been cleaned. The dishes and silverware were all dirty in the cabinets. While cheaper than other options available, youre probably better off spending a little bit extra to stay elsewhere.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is right on the beach with easy access. We enjoyed the yard games out by the pool and being able to eat together outdoors. The communication with hotel management was super easy and whatever we needed they accommodated immediately. We will be back!

The location is perfect! However there was a huge 2x4 laying in the floor in the bunk bed area where my young daughter was sleeping, garbage in the hall gets pretty piled up days at a time. I had important questions that I was left ghosted on so communication is not great and it seems by the weekend a wilder crowd stays who just run around and do whatever they want Al night with no security. For the price , there are many other choices sound with better amnesties I think I would choose next time

This property; Staff is awesome. But property doesn’t look anything like it is pictured. The door to balcony constant whistling, because it isn’t sealed. Refrigerator is wedged in and sustains damage when you come in the door. Kitchen trim is broken and small stove is uneven with burners crooked. It had a different code for every door including the front however the 2 side doors didn’t latch, therefore eliminating the “safety” factor of needing to memorize so many codes. But the staff was great.
