Fit for purpose if you're not looking for something fancy. The $10 breakfast is not so attractive. Tried it once then went for breakfast outside. The TV is large (+++) and functional, with some movie channels and mainstream news channels. "True news" channels are missing but with the built-in casting feature of the TV, you can watch any TV channel or media. The WiFi is strong and reliable. There is no safe box in the room. The AC cooling is good and its control system is advanced. The iron and ironing board are in perfect condition. The iron has the steaming feature. What I liked most was the location (between Dubai and Sharjah), the quietness of the place (away from the highway), the abundant green plantation, and the availability of plenty of covered parking slots. It is within the premises of Etisalat Academy so you have to pass a checkpoint to enter the premises. Finally, within the premises, there is a grocery where you can buy most essentials without having to go outside. You can order via WhatsApp and get your order delivered to your room.

Housekeeping is good but maintenance needs to be improved. The toilet gets smelly (sewage smell) whenever the A/C starts because the drainage system is not well sealed to prevent sewage vapors from getting sucked into the room. That was a bad experience for me but I will assume that this is a one-off defect. The mattress is very hard. Good for the back but not the hips. I personally suffered hips pain because of the mattress.

المكان مريح جدا تستطيع اخد نفس جيد من حيت الطبيعة والأشجار استرخاء و هادئ للاعصاب يعني مكان جيد للهروب من ضجيج المدينة وسعر مناسب مقابل هاذا المكان و بعد تعامل العمال جيد جدا في منتها الاحترام و بإمكانك ممارسة الرياضة في الهواء طلق تشعر انك في الغابة الاستجمام

عدم الراحه في الغرفه النوم وخاصه الغرفه مقابله الشارع للمره ثانيه وافضل اتجاه ثاني عن شارع اطلاله داخل الفندق الاسره للأطفال لاتتوفر عدم.المراعه في الوقت الخروج أيضا اتمنى المدير يهتم بكل ماهو مذكور

The facilities is on a university campus and guests have access to the gym, sauna,hot tub and pool.

There is nothing nearby , If you want food it’s best to get it delivered. The restaurant seemed a bit pricey with not many options.

No front desk at the building we were staying at. No taxi service. No room service available.

Probably the location. It was close to the airport but a bit remote from the rest of the city.

It is very new and modern. Rooms had high ceilings and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was open buffet but the food did not look appetizing. It looked like leftover lunch from the day before. It’s good value I would say under 300 aed

Their checkin process was extremely slow. It’s 2023 and they are still printing paper and asking people to sign. 20 minute wait behind 3 other people just to check in. Wifi had issues connecting on laptop, and would suddenly drop every half an hour. The location is in the middle of nowhere, need to drive 10 min to get dinner

Nothing about it truly appeals to me; the staff is unprepared to be genuinely nice to anyone.

Only location we were looking for something close to Sharjah airport, the Staff were very friendly and helpful (the hotel should be proud of them)

It's located inside Etisalat academy and there is absolutely no way to find it easily as it's located behind checkpoint, when we arrived the key system wasn't working we had to wait for more than an hour for check in, the cleanliness wasn't at expected level by far. Bath was clogged and at the moment we arrived they had only 3 people working (2 reception and one helper who did all the job including bringing towels opening room doors and so much more) by the way the staff were the best experience of this hotel everything else was disappointing

Waited for 2-3 hours just to check in, somemore outside is super super noisy, inside the room closet is spoil, heater is not working also, just dont book the hotel here
