Clean and spacious inside and good location. Access to Netflix a really good idea . Well equipped kitchen and towels and welcome pack were very useful .

Couldn’t find the boiler at all so had to use the heaters when the temperature dropped - wasn’t finished - holes in wall for ? Sockets, thermostat? Which spoiled the overall effect. Garden area with bbq not very clean but not a problem as didn’t intend to use but if it was a hot summers day - not sure would have gone out there. No mirrors in the bathroom or second bedroom - would be handy when getting ready. Free view- couldn’t get on tv and lastly you could do with a description of what is included in the apartments - we were not sure if we needed to bring our own towels, iron etc.

Location was great with a pub across the road close to all amenities and the flower show.

Very spacious property. Two large double rooms and small double single bed room. Downstairs lounge with comfy sofa and decent size bathroom Amazing location just a 5 minute walk to Kings Garden and the Main Street Helen the rep was lovely and answered all our questions straight away.

Wifi wasn’t brilliant but luckily we weren’t in the property long enough due to being out and about so didn’t really bother us too much

The location is fantastic, close to supermarkets and shops, and a few minutes walk to the pier. Contact with the host is very easy and friendly. Beds are very comfortable. There is a pub right across the street :D (a little noisy, but we didn't mind). The welcome drinks were lovely, thanks!

We booked the apartment with three rooms, of which one is advertised to have 2 separate beds, but it didn't. Unfortunately we had leakage in 1 of the rooms, due to the rain. After reporting this, someone came by, but nothing was done with this on the spot. Also, there were road works in front of the door which we were not notified of. A tip: we had no detergent or cloths to dry our dishes. The Wi-Fi quality is very poor, the TV's were not installed.
