Spacious rooms and cost is the only factor that makes it stayable.
No room service available, not even tea. No Electric water heater for Tea/coffee. Geyser was switched on only after we asked for. Linen though washed is stained.
Breakfast was not good and they do not offer any choice.

Cost felt high after reaching property, and disappointment with the TV since it didn’t work. And the stay is quite far from city.

Breakfast was bland and no taste. Would not recommend if you are a foodie and like good food
Staff behaviour, especially the one who manages in the night. He thinks he owns the place. Also he is very rude. He doesn't bother about customers thinks he is doing a charity for us by hosting customers. Couldn't provide plates on time. Doesn't provide glass for water. That is the level of pathetic service

Drinking water was provided 1/2 ltr for 2 persons, kettle was not available for hot drinking water.

Geyser facility is not available. Hot water availability depends on solar / weather . I don’t like wasting water to get Hot water. All other things are good .

It is newly built hotel.
There is no AC in the room. No hot water and break fast is just ok. It could have been better for that cost. Card is not accepted, as I had to pay by cash.

Chossen Non AC Deluxe Room, but due to climate of city no need for AC or depend upon the choice. Location is near to Infosys campus... but very good for who loves quiet nd calm place.... family nd group can stay.. not very far from Railway station or bus stand. Owner can allow zomato or swiigy to deliver the food.
Resturant or kitchen is not available. But owner allow zomato or swiggy delivery.

Its a relatively new property and it is located in kinda calm and quite location .The rooms were spacious , tidy and the bed linen was clean .
The staff were super helpful and over all the experience was very good .And this will be my go to hotel for my next visit @ Mysore
