Het ligt in een rustig deel van Windhoek, en heeft erg vriendelijk personeel. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was goed, samen met de WiFi die goed werkte.

Ik moet eerlijk zijn dat je voor die prijs geen 5 sterren hotel kan verwachten. Het is erg gedateerd met name de kamers. Ze zijn absoluut schoon en fris, maar alles wat er binnen staat is redelijk aan zijn einde. Bed was erg goed, maar de badkamer kan wel een paar nieuwe dingen gebruiken. De wc bril was versleten, en de douchekop van de douche gaf nog net genoeg water om nat te worden. Airco werkte perfect. Uitzicht was er eigenlijk niet, of je moet de binnenplaats graag zien.

My first room was noisy because near the swimming pool and they have two days party there. The TV doesn’t work so I changed room. I booked the hotel but they have different name so I don’t know why this new name in Booking.com

I liked the cleanliness of the place and the working condition of the wifi, aircon and tv.

The offer free parking.

The most NOISY hotel I have ever been to. And I've been to many many many hotels in my life.

Nothing to like about the place

The biggest issue is that the place where they took me is different from what is showing on booking.com. Apparently, its a property they recently took over and despite going to the place they showed on the website, they still me and my colleague to different place called Shalongo.

Secure facility, lovely rooms, and good wifi connection

Loud noise and shouting, and shrieking sounds of a woman/people in the early hours of the morning disturbing my peaceful sleep

I have repeatedly asked the management for an invoice which I have to present to my sponsor. Besides talking to them in person, I sent messages via Booking.com, and even made a call before I left. I am disappointed that I have not received any response. Perhaps this facility is not good for anyone on a business trip.
