Comfortable

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is tranquil and close to the waterfront. You can walk to the center of the town. Realy like the spacious communal area.

A simple coffee team set up in the room would be great ( noting that there is free coffee and tea offered at the Reception area).

Excellent stay! There is nothing negative to say about the place beside for the noise level that can be amplified.

It’s very echo and not soundproof. With kids the noise quickly becomes annoying.

Clean, a lot of storage, refrigerator

Very small room, ugly, bad layout. Shower has low water pressure. Beds are hard and too high. The place can be very noisy in the morning. You have to create an account in order to use WiFi, it is ridiculous.

super easy to check in. rooms were large enough. clean. happy with the experience and will book again.

felt a bit tight. the wifi seemed complex so, I didn't use it. the lounge area was sparse in terms of amenities - could have used something more like cups, paper towels, plastic cutlery...

Great facilities but cleanliness is a major issue.

Location was excellent. Facilities were in good condition.

Cleanliness specially the bedsheets and the towels was an issue. Visible stains were there and getting housekeeping to come and replace was a major issue.

Great place to stay in Kingston

Friendly staff helped with our parking queries. The room was huge, which I wasn't expecting at all - I wish my halls were like this at uni! It would be great for two couples or a family staying in Kingston.

The beds are positioned against the window so the light gets in in the morning. It is quite a walk to the centre (though a pleasant one!). Some milk for the complimentary tea and coffee downstairs would be good.

Difficulty in finding the location, saw bugs, not clean, very noisy, college dorm style, no access to ice and café, far away from the restaurant...
