Lovely inn in a great location. Beautiful room -- loved the fireplace! Very clean. The contactless check-in and concierge system was seamless. Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful Heritage building. Easy walk into Princes St for lots of lovely restaurants and old buildings. Lovely decorated and very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was good - perhaps little more choice of hot items. There was a very good egg/bacon wrap but would have liked potatoes or extra egg option. The Inn’s setting on quiet residential street short walk to downtown shops and restaurants was great. Extras like blankets and heater on front porch made time outside with coffee very enjoyable. Also spent time in the parkour with glass of wine after a full day. The room was very spacious with comfortable setting area, fireplace and great renovated bathroom.

This is a beautiful inn in a great location -- very walkable to the harbor and the college. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome goodies and contemporary design elements. The room had everything we needed and was quiet at night.

The parking spots in the small lot are a little tight. But it looks like parking is available on the street.

Room was only available for one night but there is nothing that could be done about that. Just wish could have stayed there an extra night or two.

The history and architecture is pretty cool. The people working there seemed very pleasant. Very good location.

The room was extremely bright at night. The addition of blackout curtains for the doors could help, there's way too much light pouring in from the street. They also need to do something about the skylight, like installing an automatic shutter to block it if you want. It was so bright that it felt like dusk in the room, not 2 in the morning. To be completely honest I had a lot of trouble sleeping. The foam mattress was also extremely uncomfortable. They make no mention of it on their website other than it being a "premium" bed. That can imply a number of different things. Shame on me for not asking for more details. The place was also very cold and damp feeling, outside of the main house. And there's an issue with black flies coming up out of the drains. And whomever was staying in the room adjacent, I could hear their heavy footsteps overhead. Luckily I sleep with white noise so that aspect didn't affect me, but it definitely would others.
