Nice hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, quite quaint. Breakfast was good with a good choice of food. The only negative is that there are no lifts. We were en-route back to the airport and it was no fun lugging four suitcases plus backpacks up the stairs.

We were right by the stairs so it was kinda bright and beside the laundry room so early morning it was noisy. Overall, I would definitely come back again.

I’ve been staying there off and on for many years-decades even… it has always felt like going home.

The bed was very comfortable and the large room lovely. The Toms Place ambience food and drinks were also great. Staff from top to bottom were exceptional.

The updates on booking.com did not make it to the hotel, so guest checking in didn't have their names on the booking's I had made.

Rooms were cozy and clean. The outside pool was great for having a quick break and cool down in between activities. The breakfast offered lots of choices, from fruits over cereals and fresh waffles to sausages.

We had nothing major to complain about. Tiny thing: at breakfast, plates and cutlery could benefit from better cleaning.

Everything. The fireplace is not a working fireplace so don't advertise the rooms as such. The food in both restaurants was awful. The bed was the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in. The housekeeping staff were incredibly loud every morning and the front desk guy was rude

The inn is comfortable, cozy and extremely clean. we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the cute fireplace. The lighting in the bathroom is top notch.

Breakfast food selection wasn't great for people with food sensitivities. I can't eat gluten, eggs, pork ... and the offerings fell into these categories. Thank goodness for fruit salad!! I checked the tea, and it is fortunately guaranteed gluten free. The staff were unable to tell me what was in the hash brown potatoes, so I couldn't eat that either. An allergy/ingredient listing for all foods would be immensely helpful for anyone with food allergies, etc. Offering a gluten free cereal, while not a fave food of mine, would be good too. Fortunately, I brought GF granola and a container of almond milk with me.

It can be difficult choosing chain style motels, but this one was great. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Restaurant on site and breakfast more than we expected. Staff all friendly and helpful. Recommended.
