There could’ve been more items on the breakfast Buffett

Breakfast need some improvements. There are not many variety to choose from. The location is ok because it’s near the highway.

attentive staff explained how to adjust the thermostat in our room. Staff gave us driving directions to our venue(s) in Kingston.

Kleenex box was almost empty. Could hear noise from hallway and upstairs.

Room was not clean and especially the water pressure is very low. The breakfast was not what I had thought. Had to go to Starbucks and got myself drinks and breakfast. Also, the pool was closed an hour early then they said it open. And the hot tub is gross filled with hair and stuff that shouldn’t be in there.

Our room was extremely clean. All staff that I dealt with were courteous.

If I had one recommendation it would be to fix the ceiling above the pool; it was in poor condition and needed repair before some of it fell and hit a patron using the pool. It really is a safety hazard.

Everything was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and clean.

A little confused checking in. Wasn't sure where the front desk was at. But I figured it out.

Our trip was for three days and they were short staffed on housekeeping. So our rooms weren’t cleaned for three days.

Worst stay ever!!! It is so noisy you cant even have a 10mm nap without having to deal with the noise!! House keeping goes until 7pm they dont give a sh... on their guest. When we called reception they were like it is what it is!! Would really not recommand!! And the line for they poor breakfast was incredible they give you boiled eggs from the fridge!!! They add water to their juce i mean if you read before booking just skip to the next one it is so over rated!

The room was clean and fresh. Front desk was very welcoming. There was quite a good variety for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

TV was not playing and swimming pool was not maintained.

I liked the having the patio door in the room right out to the car. Made loading and unloading much easier. Overall a very nice hotel.

The pool was very cold, same with the hot tub/ jacuzzi. The pool over flowed into the hot tub making it cold.

The beds & pillows were so comfortable.

Charging my CC twice just so it could be refunded for the 1 was annoying.

Bugs in the beds.

Did not know about $25 dog fee. Front desk clerk showed it to me but i did not see it during my on line booking. It was well hidden somewhere. It should be more obvious.

Staff was awesome friendly and helpful rooms and hotel was very clean
