Property is as described and well located for easy access to beaches and activities in the area. Checkin and all communications were very easy.

h In general the property was fine but when it came down to certain states of maintenance for example the window coverings in the living room were not well attached and you could not lower and close them also in the shower of the master the handles were coming off the glass doors but more importantly in the master there was no closet or hanging space also the refrigerator had some products in it that were not very appetizing but for my health standpoint should not have been there so that we could have used it for our groceries It was a good location but the pool which should be a real marketing feature lacked maintenance and was about to turn LG Green I think some sensitivity to picking up little details the way trim was painted and also maintenance that was marginal I think the house is a good house it's a great opportunity as a property but having stayed in your properties before this was definitely a subpar although OK done we have rented another one in Phoenix which will happen in July( towards the end )and hopefully that will be better......

We had a great experience. The owner was very responsive, the place was very clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Great location as well. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for the memorial weekend, the house was exactly how it’s shown in the photos. The house is clean and special, beautiful. Although it needs an extra couch because there is enough seats for 4 or 5 people inside, but the backyard is perfect and that’s where we spent most of our time. 2 grills and pool just what you need for a vacation. The host is always there for you and anything you need. He also had a bottle of wine and chocolates as welcoming gift.
