Great location!

Not having bathtowels to dry off with. We had 7 staying, given 2 bathtowels and 5 hand towels. Was informed by rental management company that they only allow for 1 towel per guest. I could buy laundry soap and wash towels to reuse. So we were stuck with adults drying off with tiny hand towels. They also did not provide trash bags or dishwasher soap and we I asked about it was informed to look everywhere for it. If you are traveling during the summer, be aware it can be very hot in the building. WAY over priced for what you get. Stay in Columbine Cabins for a better location and amenities.

Location to RMNP was great. Place was very clean

I hadn’t noticed that it did not have AC. Nights were cool but the days were warm

This is the best rental property we've stayed in so far! Lots of thoughtful little things- like labeling drawers and cabinets- made it easy to cook meals, find towels for showers, etc. LOVED being able to use the paddleboards in the nearby lake coves! The property is very clean and organized. Just the right size for 7 of us ages 14+
