Beautifully presented, poached egg a tad too cooked! Lovely variety & excellent waitress service.

Pauline and her husband were wonderful hosts. The place is lovely, super clean, comfy and in a great location in Eyam. Breakfast was also great, very delicious and kept us full the whole morning.
Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway 🙂

Fantastic hosts, really friendly and welcoming. Room was big, warm and absolutely spotless. Comfy bed with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Good size en-suite and powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of continental and cooked options that were high quality. A draw full of information about the area, places to visit and some history of Eyam in the room was very helpful! Would definitely recommend to a friend and visit again!

Photo of breakfast room . Only 2 bedrooms twin & double . We had the twin room with ensuite lovely plenty of storage for clothes etc. No down stair bedroom .

room at rear of property was a good size with lovely views, very clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage options. The breakfasts were lovely, especially the Innisfree Special. Room for bike storage. Beautiful garden with outdoor eating area. Lovely, friendly, helpful hosts.

The breakfast was lovely. The Derbyshire oat cake was something different. Couldn't fault it.
The room was a little small for us but that couldn't be helped as it was in the eaves.

Extremely welcoming,very clean and comfortable room and the breakfasts were amazing.
The only downside was that the private bathroom,even though it was for our sole use it was on a shared landing.
