Location is cool. Very beautiful and it is very close to the sea. The nearest beach is with rocks, but it takes about 15 minutes to get to beautiful beach. Owner is responsive and we didn't have any problems with apartments. You need a car, because the nearest shop is expensive and big and not expensive supermarket is far from location.

Well cleaned and hygienic rooms. 700 m away ( 15min on foot ) to Mondello beach. The apartment is surrounded by quiet environment. The owner of properly is very friendly and quick reaction to the guest’s question.

Although electric anti-mosquito plug was prepared, I’ve got some bites by mosquito’s.

The location was quiet and scenic and only a few minutes' walk to the bus into Palermo. It was easy and free to park outside the property.

The property only got sun on the patio, not indoors. This would be a big advantage in the height of summer though.

The owner of the property was very attentive, meeting all of our needs and requirements including providing us with a grill for outdoor cooking (which we really enjoyed) and late check in. We loved that the studio flat was spacious, well designed and very comfortable. The area was relaxing and the walk to the beach was pleasant. Good value for money. We loved it here!

The shower floor was very slippery when entering it but this was no a big problem.

The suite was lovely and had all required utilities. Carmelo was a great host and the booklet provided of the local area was very helpful.

Golden midpoint between beautiful Mondello and loud Palermo. Nice and clean room with a green patio. Well stocked kitchen, super comfortable and great bed. The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by a spectacular mountain. The folder prepared by the owner with all the valuable information about the area and the room was very helpful. It was easy to find a place to park. Those without a car will be helped by the bus line a few steps down the street. Recommended!

All technical defects were reported to the owner at his request at the end of the stay. There were no major problems.

The owner was kind and brought us new linens when my son throw up in the apartment (after a food poisoning) which would normally costs extra.

A lot of important facilities werenot available for example: water boiler, washing machine, microwave, etc. even some oil, salt and pepper for cooking ,weren't available . The property, weren't good aerated .it doesn't matter how long we leave the windows open, it had always smelled. The bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom had no window .having a shower with a kid in the shower cabin was really difficult, as overall the bathroom was too small and we couldn't find any place to put our stuff on. The TV channels for non Italian were very limited.

We loved the place. It had everything we needed for our stay. Some reviews mention it is far from the center of mondello beach but it’s no more than a short walk. It’s also has a super market close by and private and public beach as well. We were able to cook and sleep very well! Would definitely recommend a stay as Alberto was helpful and reachable when needed.

Very nice, modern apartment in quite street. Spotless clean with all necessary equipment. Very lovely owner Carmelo . You have a private beach just down the road but if you would like to go to the main Mondello beach you need to walk around 20 minutes by the busy road which was ok for us.

The flat has a great atmosphere, well equipped and it is quite close to the beach. Good value for money. Although I don't recommend you to walk to Mondello beach, as there isn't a safe footpath.

Washing machine wasn't working, and the shutters are a bit worned out.
