Er was geen verwarming aanwezig dus het was er koud. Ipv enkel een mobiele airco, zou er ook een kachel moeten zijn op stroom.

The heating should be adapted for the outside weather. When you have 8 degrees outside, for many people 18 degrees inside it's extremely low. You can't control the heating from the room, as there is only a general controller, available to all apartments. The bathroom of unit 2 had NO heating for the entire stay. The sound isolation of the building is extremely poor - you can easily hear your neighbors talking on the phone.
