Location and quiet

Not cleaned, one bedsheet had a big stain and the headboard was also stained. There was a bra between the desk and wall in one of the bedrooms. The ceiling fans were noisy. The floor was dirty small bugs in the corner in the living room. The towels had particles on them. No hand or wash towels. The bathroom rug was filthy we used our hand towel. No handle bars in the tub or tub strips for safety. Killed two small roaches. Didn’t use the kitchen at all. Stains on the couches, also didn’t use the living room. No wifi directions. No curtains to block the light at night and the early sunlight, we didn’t sleep well. Felt that it was not cleaned before our arrival. First ever with all these issues. Very disappointed.
