We stayed here ten years ago and they’ve updated things. It's a great place right next to the waterfall. Gave us the opportunity to see it before all the tour buses came.

Absolutely loved our stay at Godafoss hotel! The rooms were clean, perfect, and up to date! Had a cute view of the garden. The food was also so perfect. It tasted like a home cooked meal and was so fresh! And of course the super quick walk to the falls were a plus! Thank you Godafoss Hotel!

The room was very comfortable and stylish. The location was excellent with incredible views. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

A little gem. This property is walking distance to Godafoss, a spectacular horseshoe falls in Iceland. You can even see parts of the falls from the lobby. While so close to the water, you can barely hear the falls and river. A great night sleep. Hotel
And restaurant are managed by a friendly and efficient staff. Rooms seem recently renovated, very clean and efficient. The property gives a “cabin” or “chalet” vibe. We had dinner in the restaurant. Food was good, however for dinner they would benefit from a larger selection and a couple higher end choices. Overall a great place to stay for one or multiple nights.

This hotel is directly across from the Godafoss waterfall. Just a beautiful location. The room was really nice, newly updated. Very quiet, wish all of our lodging was this nice during our 2 week vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this Hotel couldn't be better, as it is directly across from the path to the Godafoss waterfall. The restaurant was lovely with good food and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small but tidy and comfortable with recently updated baths and fast and convenient wifi.
