Great location with parking opposite £6.50 for 24 hours. The building is beautiful inside and check in was fine. The Cascade room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom

The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check-in details were clear and could be adapted to suit our schedule. The room was spacious, well-designed with modern and elegant fixtures, and most importantly the bed was really comfy.

The only thing I’d suggest is blackout blinds as the curtains let a lot of morning light through.

The location was excellent, parking available opposite in a SIP, reasonable price. Excellent bed and linen, so comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay with the kitchenette. The use of a roof terrace makes it special.

Some better instructions for the oven/microwave.

Having to leave

Excellent customer service from the start, allowing us into the room before check in time. The room was amazing. The bed was incredible comfy as was the duvet and pillows etc. The room was large and well equipped with the kitchen. The bathroom was lovely, with an amazing shower. Decor was flawless. Towels provided were so soft. Location was brilliant. The front door of the building was big and sturdy, we felt very safe and comfortable. We really couldn’t fault this stay at all. Overall, really great value. We will definitely will be staying here again if visiting Worcester.

No faults at all

The Hop Merchant's House is very central to the City . We had the family room at the top of the building. It was beautifully furnished and fitted out . The bathroom and gorgeous shower were finished to the highest quality and there was also a kitchenette which we only used for making coffee. We loved the fresh milk provided in the refrigerator of the kitchen. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

Very little . We were intending to use the sofa bed and probably should have thought to ask for sheets and bedding for it .
