Location Good. The room itself was lovely, very clean and quality bed linen, quality soaps in the bathroom, lovely scented diffuser, good tea and coffee provision

We were emailed the directions to the car park (which is not obvious) very late in the day so we had to find a car park in the city first then navigate the car park. The entry code didn't work and we spent ages trying to get in to property which is not managed. After a considerable time the code was reset and we were able to get into the building. The TV didn't work. The shower wouldn't turn on eventually in the morning we got it to turn on only to find we couldn't turn it off. Although many emails were sent (and answered to be fair) no contact number was available except for the cafe below which was closed and therefore not manned. It was the most stressful overnight stay we have experienced. . It is more an air bnb. which is not what we were expecting. By the time a member of staff had arrived at 9am in the morning we were packed and left. The staff member was very pleasant throughout but sorting the issues were obviously not satisfactory and they weren't sorted during the time of our stay. It was extremely stressful. This was a last minute planned de-stressor which did not go to plan.

Location was good for the town centre. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a problem with the front door key when we arrived at 3 p.m. so we weren't given one. I was told that one would be placed in the key safe by the time we returned at 10 p.m. and I would be sent the code by text. By 4.45 I hadn't heard anything so phoned twice as had visions of returning to the property and not being able to get in and no number to call for help. The room was cold at 10 p.m. when we returned but heating came on in the middle of the night and it was very hot. The TV didn't work and we spent half an hour having to retune it and all the channels.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms with a super comfy bed. Good sized shower and bathroom, and tea and coffee facilities. Lovely décor, what can i say really nice rooms. Access was easy went emailed door codes to get in main door and room door. No parking as such but just short walk away is a public car park and reasonably priced. Far enough out of town to be quiet but a comfortable walk to the main shopping/tourist area. Café downstairs if needed.

Location excellent, parking option was great. comfortable beds and spacious for a family. Nice modern and clean accomodation. Heaps of close great restaurants to choose from as soon as you walk out the front door.

On the last night of our stay they had hired out the cafe below for a private event and had a very loud DJ playing until 10.30.
