Location was excellent and thr property was very clean and had good facilities

It was not made apparent that the bathroom was in the downstairs level, which proved problematic during toilet trips through the night. Also the designated parking that was advertised had cars parked there already.

Location was perfect. The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for a five day stay.

The place Hebden Bridge was truly lovely. Places were within walking distance to where we stayed. Weather was not too grand but we still enjoyed ourselves immensely. Would hightly recommend this as a place to visit.

There was nothing not to like about Hebden Bridge. We were very disappointed with the attitude of the cleaner/host. When we arrived at the premises as at the agreed time, it was still not cleaned. I was irate😠 When I phoned her to tell her that, she was extremely rude. Instead of calming the guest and accepting responsibility she screamed at me. Saying she didn't know there was a guest the previous night and will come and clean it. I myself am a host in South Africa and there is no way you don't know that a guest stayed at your place. Unless the owner himself booked someone privately without informing the host. And if she didn't know there was a guest how did the guest know to strip the beds etc🤷‍♀️ The host sends that message the day before the guest leaves. So all in all that was a dampner to our trip and makes me think twice about booking through your platform.

Very lovely location near all the shops.. we where on the peninne way and it was a very well deserved stop for us .perfect house 🏠

Unwashed mug in the cupboard and some of the cutlery hadn't been washed. 10am check out and beds needed stripping before departure
