I travel a bit for work and get to stay at a lot of places and this is one of the best i have stayed at. From being clean have good facilities and a comfortable bed.

The place is a solid location and had typical furniture that was generally comfortable. The issue we had was the kitchen was extremely poorly stocked. 2 bowls, few plates, little silverware, no salt/pepper, etc. For a family of 5 booking a place for multiple days, I expect to be able to do a meal or two without having to wash multiple types of dishes

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Great location, central to everything & across from the beach. Room was exceptionally clean with comfy beds. Kim at reception goes above & beyond. I have an elderly mother & after ringing Kim it wasn't a problem if we checked in early. After our departure i had forgotten my phone charger, i rang Kim & it was posted that afternoon. Thankyou Kim, your kindness was very much appreciated.I have no hesitation in recommending this place as a place to stay in Hervey Bay..wish our stay could have been longer than 1 night.

I really liked the full kitchen facilities. I cook when I'm away and this is exactly what I needed.
Across the road from the beach and the Esplanade for a beautiful walk. The only thing would be to use your shades strategically in the living room and main bedroom for privacy.

We have stayed in 3 room types here and all have been clean, comfy and we would ve happy with any of these rooms for a future stay!
Our first room was a 1 bedroom, 2nd stay in a 2 bedroom lift access over looking the pool now 2 nights in Ocean View 2 bedroom lift access and its WOW WOW WOW Lovely views, top decor and very nice stylish apartment!
The whole complex is well looked after, clean, cared for!
Staff (Kim) is friendly helpful and made our stay very pleasant.
The location is the best, right on the beach front with the best shops and cafes around.
We will be back to Eden @ the bay with extended family for our next family stay in Hervey Bay.

Great location, female receptionist was excellent, very clean, well-maintained. Loads of eating options nearby for all meals every day. Make sure you read each apartment description carefully - my studio was clean and comfortable but no outside window, so very dark. No laundry, no microwave.

I have stayed at the Eden at the Bay previously and if possible I try to book accommodation there as it is not only in the perfect position but always clean and comfortable. The front apartments have a lovely vibe to them.

Great location right on the esplanade and lots of eateries around. Room was a generous size with dining, lounge and kitchen, all very clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was one of the cleanest we’ve had for a while. Allocated parking at rear of complex. We will definitely stay again when next in HB.

Maybe could do with some extra care attention to cleaning in places such as skirting boards and between doorway to ensuite floor runner. But overall nice large place. Staff friendly.
