We are extremely delighted with the stay at Nawal Mahal. They have send photos of rooms on whatsapp as per our request. The rooms were neat and clean and we didn't saw any mismatch with the photos. We were two ladies, but the hotel management gave extra security for us by allotting pool at a private time space. Even Though we didn't have break fast option, they simply provided us with a complimentary healthy breakfast. We have stayed at different places, but didn't got this kind of service. Amazing stay and we recommend all to stay at Nawal Mahal.

It didn’t look like a hotel just a room in a house.Room smelt really bad. They claim it’s soundproofed but we couldn’t sleep with all the noise. It didn’t feel safe at all staying in the room. Curtains were broken. Had a few power failures and the AC doesn’t work well. We had to park our car just on the sidewalk as there’s no parking The worst place we’ve ever stayed.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, helping us to arrange day trips, local recommendations etc.

Rien a voir par rapport aux images présentées et la réalité. On a réellement débarqué dans un chantier. On avait réservé par rapport à la piscine, la navette aéroport et le petit déjeuner, rien n'était compris. (cf photos). Piscine inaccessible. Les chambres étaient humides l'air rempli de poussière de plâtre, pleines de moisissures, relents de chlore de la piscine et égouts.

Brand new property, less than four months old (10/23). Central location, bargain priced, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Ideal for those in transit (it’s not a resort).

The room isn’t exactly *big*, but it had everything I needed. The signage could be improved. Minor issues, to be sure.

I stayed in this hotel while appearing for Schengen visa processing at Cochin. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and polite. I needed to leave the hotel, early morning to VFS office. But Seji arranged the breakfast much earlier even though I did not expect that. I am fully satisfied with the stay in this hotel and I will come again when I come to Cochin. I thank the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

Car Parking could be improved. However, they have taken steps to reduce the discomfort.

Perfect location, nearest to main attractions of Ernakulam. Railway station, metro station, hospitals, shopping malls, all within 1 km. Well maintained indoor pool made our stay memorable. They served us with homely buffet breakfast. Staffs were so cooperative. One of the nice choice to stay at Ernakulam Town.

Staffs were tried their best to corporate with us with the only facilities they have got from the management. The management has tried to make something different in the rooms which didn't gone well. But, Breakfast was very nice. It tasted like homemade.

The property wasn't neat or clean. The maintenance is at its worst part. Also a feel of discomfort and insecurity was on high side. The hotel is completely congested. People who prefers neatness, cleanliness this won't be a good option for you. Also for aged persons with leg strains and Pains won't be comfortable here. Don't flatter with the photos and other reviews.
