Mostly nothing

I asked for adjustment for the check out date due to an emergency, it took 5 days to get back to me!

NOTHING !! Discovered rats in less than 1hr and left the property.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this property. Upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment was infested with rats. This is completely unacceptable and poses serious health risks. Despite informing the property owner, Jasmine, about the situation, I was told to wait until the next day for an exterminator. This response was absurd and irresponsible. I had to leave the property around 11 PM and scramble to find another place to stay, which cost me significantly more. No compensation or assistance was offered for this inconvenience. The lack of cleanliness and the presence of pests made it impossible to sleep or feel safe in the apartment. I have a 3 minutes video of the area of the rat but I couldn’t post it here. I strongly advise against booking this property. The management's handling of the situation was unprofessional and negligent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Loved the quaintness inside of the home, but the neighborhood made me feel unsure.

The amount of people hanging out on the street.

First of all, if you don't utilize that master bedroom tub, you have not vacayed... I loved everything about this condo. It was clean, and the location was perfect. Private parking. Quiet neighbors. My pets were comfortable, and so was I. The Spa tub was EVERYTHING!! In case I forgot to mention that. Also, we took great showers with good water pressure that was perfectly hot every time. The size of the condo was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and we even had a washer and dryer in there. I loved it. I will frequent that condo because I am a Chicago native and I visit often. The host was available for all our needs if we had to contact her it was easy and personal. Thank you Jasmine. We will definitely book again.

Everything was perfect. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
