Temiz ve konumu iyiydi

Yemekleri çok kötü fakat bu sadece otele özgü değil sanırım Mısır için geçerli bir durum. Çalışanların çoğu İngilizce bilmiyor bu sebepten anlaşmak çok zorlaşıyor.

Расположение море. До моря 820 метров через две дороги

На второй день проживания украли футболку Adidas странную с балкона. Через 5 дней пропала эл. Бритва Филипс с плавающими ножами и зубные принадлежности.Отель уставший. Требуется ремонт и обновление мебели.Анимации нет. В основном люди пожилого возраста. Кухня не для детей. Повсюду кошки даже в столовой которые могут стащить с вашей тарелки в ваше отсутствие. Туалетные принадлежности могут положить могут забыть, приходится идти на ресепшн просить туалетную бумагу, ерша нет, стакана тоже под зубные щётки тоже. Телевизор старый ламповый еле дышит. WI fi только на ресепшене и очень слабый.

A medencéje tiszta és pazar.

Az ételek csapnivalóan ízetlenek és nem változatos. Az all inclusive csak egy ígéret, de nagyon korlátozott. A szobaszervíz is csak gyenge ígéret és hébe-hóba működőképes.

It was the best accommodation I spent my vacation in, and the best thing about it was the staff. Especially the reception ( Ahmed "front office manager" , Mohamed Gamal "receptionist" , Ahmed yaser "receptionist" , Mohamed naaim "receptionist" ) and the bar ( Mahmoud working in night , yaser , hazem ) . The room has a good swimming pool view and is close to reception and restaurant too .

Lack of diversity in food

The staff was amazing and very attentive especially ursula she was in-charge of guest relations and was there with anything you needed i had a tooth ache when i arrived and she personally took me to her dentist and made sure i was ok. The rooms were very clean and so were the other facilities. The property outdoors was beautiful and was a breath of fresh air every-time i walked around in it. The Arabic food especially at the buffet was so good and the chicken was very moist. The battered fish the served for snacks was amazing. The pizza in little Italy was excellent

As the property is old it is understandable that the rooms are a bit on the tired side while they were being cleaned well the safe did not work very well and the phones in all the rooms were not working. The bathroom would have a little water leakage from time to time nothing horrible but something to take note of. The meat at the premises wasn’t the best except for the burgers at snack time.
