Nice view to the sea, calm place to stay with family. Near the beach but only by car.
Breakfast is in the other building witch is 2 km away😮 to the beach you can come by car because on foot its too far and all road is down the hill.

Apartment is in a villa with your beautiful own garden with a view of olives and thr sea . Lovely barbecue place. Nice tiles and terracotta. Comfy beds.

Sea is close, but with kids especially you have to take the car to reach it (ristorante aloha), or walk maybe 20-25 mins downhill.
Wifi sign was weak, could not connnect from bedrooms.

The view from the terrace, the beautiful beach, all the outside seating, the warm welcome and breakfast.
For the price charged it was all very good. We couldn't find a corkscrew but Giuseppe organised delivery of one in five minutes! Perfect!

We had a long day prior to arrival and had to leave early in the morning so didn’t get much time to enjoy the property. Appreciated having a washing machine.

Tranquility. Mattresses in the bedroom.
Air-con was perfectly working.
Kind staff (but no English):)
Parking in/outside…safe.
Fluctuating WiFi service.
Hot water: unpredictably “disappeared”…after a while returned back(eg shower)..Communication in English (only in Italian possible -that is our weak point ) not quite possible.
Tip: Would have been nice to have a bit of sugar/salt/pepper/coffee/tea in the kitchen….

Almost everything, really good potential.
This villa deserves 8/10 but I really hate it when the reduce the water pressure. The shower is unusable and therefor only 6. I mean how much does the water cost?

The apartment was spacious. It was quiet and clean. There were comfortable places to sit inside. The price was very reasonable and a good value---but that seems true for the rest of Sicily as well (as compared to many places in the rest of Europe or the USA).
The property has a nice balcony but it faces west in the hot blazing sun. There were no umbrellas on the deck so unless you want to broil in the sun, the deck was of no value (except to dry clothing).
I did not receive good information from the host about the location and did not realize the reception area was not close to the apartment. Better instructions would have helped (in English). Both the rental apartment and the separate location to obtain (& return) the keys were not easy to find. We wasted a lot of time looking for both.
The only A/C is in the bedroom so the rest of the apartment is too hot. The hard pillows were awful. I ended up using a blowup backpack pillow that I brought with me.

Bad internet which goes off together with the wind. Mostly catching only on the balcony.
3rd bed (sofa bed) extremely uncomfortable - squeeqy springs, no blanket. Everything is old, dates, and the toilet leaks. The lady who came to wipe off the water brought salt, coffee - otherwise there is NOTHING in there
