the location, no walking distance Of food Court or fast food retail, and the Shopping Centre ! the furnitures need to be upgraded or maintained ( couch needs steam clean, our pillow case had bad stained on our First day Of staying😔the Room needed spring clean and details clean, our sink was clogged😔luckily we had connecting Room so we can used the other sink)

Good bones, interesting buffet all 3 meals. Comfortable bed.

11th floor room was well worn. A/C couldn't be adjusted for temp (18.5°C). Lots of calcium deposits in the bathroom, and towels that needed someone to trim off the frayed edges. Plenty of traffic noise all day and all through the night despite being on the 11th. Light switches sprinkled all over the room, and they all needed to be used

We had a few problems. No hot water in the 3 rooms booked. Changed after 24 hours to 2 upper rooms .could not move room 508 because we were told no other room available , so the occupants had to shower in our room. Inconveinient..Hotel was busy due to a wedding.

As above.Agravaition due to move and extra costs for bellboy. No hot water. Not good at 5.00 am when want shower. Breakfast ,not enough staff for demand due to wedding stopovers i suppose. We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago +_ and it appears to have got dated. Aircon a little noisy.
