Selina is a great woman who welcomes every guest and can bring you house-style comfort. We had a great dinner and she arranged everything to get to the airport on time.

Probably having a wifi router will be an improvement.

Very friendly host Sally. She gave us a good dinner (rice and chicken) after asking for it prior because of the late arrival. It turned out to be quite expensive, though (more than in any fancy restaurant) even though we did not ask for getting the "included" breakfast the other morning because of the early departure. Maybe the price should have been set before. But as she was really nice and helpful sitting with us at dinner and giving us a cosy familiar atmosphere at her home, it was okay. Sally helped us getting to Morogoro - organized the taxi to the bus terminal which was very helpful - and she got up very early together with us and her other guests. That was very nice of her. Sally has a beautiful, clean and organized house.

Quite far from the airport exit (driving all around airport). Driving to the Center of Daressaalam is a similar distance from the airport. The only access to Sally´s Home is by taxi (not bus). Not on Google Maps and no exact address given from booking-com. Taxi drivers at the airport do not know it. Sally sent us a taxi driver she knows to pick us up. You should plan this with Sally prior to arrival. It is kind of difficult to reach her house by taxi in the rain because of the very muddy roads with huge deep puddles. Beds without mosquito nets. We should have asked for the killing spray she told us after we got many bites (even though the window was covered with a net).

Sally’s home est très bien situé, à une dizaine / quinzaine de minutes de l’aéroport de Dar es Salaam. La gérante est d’une immense gentillesse, elle est accueillante, chaleureuse et d’une grande discrétion. La satisfaction de ses guests est sa priorité. Le linge de lit et de toilette est d’une propreté irréprochable pour la chambre avec sanitaires privés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. À recommander sans hésiter.

Selina is sweet and wonderful host. She welcomed me with smiles when I arrived at 11pm. Whilst the accommodation has no Wi-Fi, she made a plan by hotspotting from her phone, I appreciate the effort.

There is no working WiFi in the house and there is no hot water geyser. Whilst it is very hot in Dar Es Salaam I still prefer hot showers. I gave the feedback in person and she said she was working on it.

I was very satisfied by this place, first for being around 15 minutes from the airport, and second because it's a clean, comfortable and organised house, very convenient for staying in between flights. Selina is a very nice host, very welcoming and chatty. She made me feel welcome and at home since I arrived, and as I was waiting for the taxi to leave, at 2 AM, she kept me company while we were chatting - this was very kind of her and heartwarming! This is a place I really recommend to anyone who'd like to stay close to the airport and in a safe, clean and comfortable home!

Eigentlich würden wir eine 10 von 10 geben. Tolle Gastgeberin, die uns beim Taxi geholfen und gute Tipps gegeben hat. Schön nah am Airport. Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber, schöne Dusche. Sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück. Also wie gesagt eigentlich top, aber…

…es gab kein WLAN, obwohl das in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung stand. Ihre Begründung: wurde abgestellt, weil zu schwach. Ich habe ihr am 13.10. gesagt, dass sie das dann von der Website nehmen sollte -> heute, am 15.10., steht immer noch „wlan verfügbar“. Warum mich das geärgert hat: wir waren 2 Wochen in Tansania ohne wlan. Ich wollte endlich mal wieder wichtige Dinge am Laptop erledigen, habe deshalb extra bei Booking „Wlan“ in den Filter eingegeben. Sie tauchte bei den Suchergebnissen auf, dabei stimmte die Angabe nicht. Deshalb 2 Punkte Abzug. 3. Punktabzug: keine Toilettentür vorhanden

I like the cozy atmosphere Sally’s home and Selina herself offered, made me feel at home, this is my second time staying here and it’s been perfect for those early morning flights.

Sally was so nice and helped us with everything! She booked a Bajaj for us, got us water and soda and offered us to sit in her living room even after we checked out. We also had some really interesting conversations with her, she is such a wonderful person! She just started hosting people in October but we had everything we need. The bed was very comftorbale and there is also a moscito net. The bathroom was very clean as was the rest of her apartment! From the airport it is only a 10-15 minutes drive, so it is perfect if you want to catch a early flight or arrive late. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definetely come back if we are once again in Dar es Salaam!

I think because she just started in October there is no wardrobe but we did not mind because we only stayed for one night.

Awesome Home👌 Sally was very helpful since the day we booked. She organised a trabsport to pick us up from the airport and back. Breakfast was amazing, we really enjoyed our meal before take off to the airport. I would recommend anyone to come spend some nights here.

Amazing place! Clean and Sally was very helpful with everything. We would definitely recommend it to everyone. Sally made a breakfast there was so amazing. Eggs, veggies, bread, fresh juice/smoothie. And alot of fruits. Sally have been on Airbnb for long time - so don't consider that there is almost no reviews. Everything is just as expected and all pictures are up to date.
