It's a very nice and convenient place for introverts and solo travellers. 1. No hassle with regard to check in and check out. 2. Very near to Mactan Cebu International Airport. 3. Very affordable. 4. It's very clean. 5. Free amenities with biscuit for snacks, coffee and water. You can also cook your food. 6. Host is very friendly, easy to reach and accommodating to queries. (Called the house keeper late at night and willingly helped me) 7. Host gives complete instructions on where, when, how and what. (I dont even need to message him after sending me the details.)

1. No lifts for heavy luggages neither a secure place to keep them downstair. (Athough, they do have a common area at the ground floor where you can put your luggage while you're up at your room on the 2nd floor sleeping. But have it locked with your own luggage padlocks) 2. No reusable/disposable sleepers to use while on your accommodation period. (Have to maneuver the place on bare feet since I was a bit hesitant to cause a mess on their clean floors) 3. It's understandable to have coded door locks on the ground floor with no 2nd security lock. However, it would be better to have some 2nd security padlocks on our room of choice such as bolts for better client security. (As a woman who stayed there for a night, I felt unsecured with only the coded door lock to trust in my room especially that there were labor men/strangers outside with the ongoing building reconstructions) 4. Quite a distance from the main city and tourist attractions.

Super easy to check in and comfortable. We arrived late and had no issues with self check in. Room was spotless clean and fresh for us.

Erg stijlvol ingericht huis, super schoon en gloednieuw! Duidelijke instructies om in/uit te checken, maar ook voor taxi’s etc. Dichtbij de luchthaven!

Kamer was erg klein, maar wel fijn. Maar mijn koffer kon bijvoorbeeld niet open.

Easy to get into 24 h. No fuss. Clean. Great for transit from flight. Get a grab.

Location a bit intimidating for pedestrian access.

Clean, new, modern and quiet. With very easy and safe check in. Thank you to very helpful staff! I definitely recommend if you are catching a flight and need to crash somewhere.
