Get quite a lot of long emails about the property/ rules, etc, before, throughout, and after stay. Also then emails sharing other properties the company holds throughout the country. (Became annoying) It's more like air b and b Certifications process rather than a booking.com, which is usually quick and easy. We checked in late and was last minute, so it wasn't ideal.
