Could have done with a dressing table/mirror for my partner that’s all everything else was very good

Great communication with owner plus very clean and comfortable bedroom with nice towels and coffee facilities. All round very nice property

Great sized bed and bedroom. Easy check-in and check-out. Exceptionally clean. Quiet location. Conveniently placed for my work.

A comfy chair in the room would have been very nice.

Breakfast N/A. The property suited our needs very well, particularly having bathroom facilities on the same level as the bedroom. It was clean & comfortable. We met our "landlady", she was very welcoming and helpful.

after 5 days perhaps it would have been nice to have fresh cups in the bedroom, or even a small washing up liquid bottle to allow us to wash the cups. The bathroom door was difficult to close.

Location, facilities and nice homely touches. Spacious room, good coffee maker and good supply of toiletries in the bathroom.

The bedroom was very comfortable- the coffee exceptional, plenty of tea, sugar, milk, coffee pods, etc. The bathroom was also well equipped with toiletries and easy to use shower. There is a home from home feel. Off street parking. The very best tea shop across the road for the best breakfast in Leeds.

No bad experience during this trip.
