The house is in a perfect location with an unmatched view of the ocean. Design and interior features made for the best family experience. We had 6 adults and 5 kids in our group, and everyone had plenty of space. The thoughtfulness of baby and young kid items was perfect. We especially loved the open kitchen and living area for meals, games and just hanging out. If available, this home is the absolute place to stay! We will be back!

I can't say enough about how perfect this home was! The views just are spectacular, with 180 degrees of perfect unobstructed ocean, including waves crashing on the beach. The house is stylish and modern, and is well-appointed for a large group, including our 3 kiddos.

Loved the house and all the amenities! We had 5 adults and 2 small kiddos. The stairs were a little scary even with baby gates. Kept us on our toes with the 20 month old. It was always so cold in the downstairs bathroom! Would be nice to have some Kleenex in the bathrooms. Other than those couple things we loved the place! It rained on us the majority of the time, but it didn't stop us from using the hot tub every evening! It was perfect.

We loved it so much! We will be doing girls trips here ever six months from now on :)

We love this rental. We’ve stayed here twice. Most recently with a 1 year old and 3 year old. So many baby and toddler gear items already at the house. Also so close to beach access which helps with young ones. My only complaints this time is the hot tub was very dirty and had white scum throughout it and I notice pink gunk in the bottom of the sin in drains. Needs a deep cleaning. We loved that there was a gate left for the top of the stairs but it was not even close to strong enough to keep my one year old safe from the stairs. Suggest updating that or advise guests to bring. Also this time I did message the property manager about more blankets the morning we were to check In and got no response.

7 adults and 4 children all gathered for Christmas. There was plenty of room for all. The house layout and accommodations are well thought out. We really liked that the TV is only downstairs in the lower living room. Plenty of room for games, puzzles while the kitchen is perfect for cooking meals large or small with everything to hand. The beds were comfy and the sheets were very nice, not scratchy as one review commented. Lots of things already provided for kids: books, toys, games and even a dog bed, dishes, poop bags and dog towels for the canine. The beach is beautiful and very close but access is via 113 steps so not super accessible for older adults or very young children. Perfect to sit and watch the waves from the comfort of the livings rooms, hot tub and deck. Strongly recommend! We will be back!!

The view. The cozy living room. The bunk room set up. The hot tub overlooking the ocean sunsets. It could not have been better. This home is everything you could want in a coastal retreat. Only negative is having to leave. Perfect place for families or anyone wanting a serene space in a fun city! Looking forward to booking again in the future! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We loved loved this house for our long weekend stay at the beach. We have a 3 year old and 10 month old and the setup was fantastic for kids. Everyone had their own space. Soooo many essentials for young kids were provided like a learning tower, toy bins, books, bunk beds, high chair, pack n play and even black out shades!!!. We would love to stay again and if so I won’t need to pack near as much baby gear the next time because it’s already here. And the best part is they allowed our dog too! Beautiful home, clean and well equipped and stocked to cook all your meals there. Gorgeous ocean view in the living room windows and only a 3 minute drive to multiple beach access points. My only suggestion/improvement I would make is the sheets and blankets. There were no spare blankets in the home and the sheets were incredibly rough, like I wasn’t aware they could even make sheets so thin (and I’m no high roller) but they actually left my face scratched/irritated in the morning. I truly would bring my own set next time to put on the bed so I sleep better. Other than that the place is 12/10!!! Highly recommend and hope to be back.

The house was nice. Everything new, clean, stocked kitchen. Nice backyard, close access to beach, plenty of parking. It is also definitely a house - not a home. There is nothing to tell you about the neighborhood or city, tide tables, no instructions or personality anywhere. No games or activities, nothing unique or 'homely' - its a nice, clean, well furnished - house.

This home was so serene and child friendly. The view is stunning, the staff was really friendly and it was just great for family memories. Within walking distance to a little park. So awesome!

This is a fantastic place to spend time by the ocean. The views from the house are exceptional, and the house itself is new and modern and very well appointed. The location is fantastic - on a super quiet street just a short walk to two beach access points.

Beautiful house with new modern furniture and an amazing view! Plenty of room for five adults - the large master bathroom was awesome! The fenced yard for the dog and the hot tub (with baby gate to keep the dog in) were both added bonuses! The view of the ocean was like looking at a painting every day.
