I dont recommend the place at all very bad reception desk , they are looking for any thing to charge for damage they charge me 50 rm for unclean blanket.

The staff behaviour was too bad. Extra charges for everything (cleaning and drinking water).

Location was excellent and the size of the apartment was huge! Two rooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The swimmingpool not only had excellent views but is also very long so you can actually swim!

Cleaning could be improved for such luxury apartment, specially under beds. There was no hand towel. TV could not be used (no aerial or internet connection). No light switches near bed nor bedside lamps. Had to use the phone torch to walk across the dark room.

Nice rooftop pool with a view of the twin towers. Located close to the public transportation.

Gym was really small. Not the big of a deal.

Fantastic view of the Petronas Towers. Well located, walkable area close to subway access and shopping malls. Modern building.

The apartment itself was very big, however attention to detail must be ensured. The towels are really old, they have stains and are super low in quality. Not what you would expect. As for the cleaning, we found two preservatives inside the washing machine when we arrived. Huge negative point. The gym inside the building was small. Staff are very nice, however they requested tips (which we would gladly consider) however it being requested was uncomfortable.

Отличный вид из окна, просторные апартаменты, с интернетом проблем не было. Удобное расположение в центре, до башен 10 минут не спеша.

За 7 дней пребывания ни разу не поменяли полотенца, даже после письма на ватсап и личной просьбы менеджеру. То же самое с туалетной бумагой. Функция сушки в стиральной машине не работает. Не уходит вода в душевой, вечно потоп там. И стены от грязных царапин внизу по всей квартире можно и отмыть, мелочь а вид сразу поменяется.

Chaotic, given an inappropriate apartment for three adults to begin with. Changed apartment but guy dealt with admitted photos on booking.com do not reflect reality.

The view is very nice, I like the interior!

The shampoo bottle has broken. Got a little smoke smell under the sink, maybe from smoker before…also quite smelly like toilet smell but not from toilet . These details might bother customers even overall are good. Just keep improve for these.

The property location is absolutely FANTASTIC. A few minutes from the Petronas and it has amazing views. Their staff was nice and the swimming pool in the top roof is AMAZING!

Few things: 1) our apartment was full of ants 🐜 They seemed to know about it as when I asked they simply said they would send someone to clean them - if they did, they came back to quickly 2) taps where somewhat unstable and not fixed to the worktops. Shower heads didn’t work as well as they should have 3) bathroom pipes were a bit smelly 4) guard in the swimming pool is not helpful at all and spends all day on his phone and is just grumpy.

-die Küche war quasi nicht benutzbar. Es gab nicht mal Wassergläser - Check-in und Check-out war eine absolute Katastrophe! Haben den Pfand nicht wie versprochen zurückerhalten. Mussten dem Geld im Nachgang hinterherrennen und haben bis jetzt nicht den gesamten Betrag zurückbekommen. Das Gepäck wird bis zum Check-in NICHT überwacht. Man kann es nur bei der Rezeption abstellen und hoffen dass niemand was klaut - die Waschmaschine bzw. der Trockner war kaputt. Unsere gesamte Wäsche stinkt sehr muffig. Eine andere Möglichkeit die Wäsche aufzuhängen gibt es nicht - wenig Handtücher. Jedes weitere muss bezahlt werden -der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war total verdreckt inkl. fremder Haare

We enjoyed the apartment, the facilities and the pool a lot! The apartment was comfortable and our stay was very pleasant.

The check-in and checkout process were not straightforward and we didn't like that we had to leave the deposit as cash instead of just accepting a credit card.

Locatie. De kamer is mooi en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer en zwembad ook.

Het is een Airbnb en geen hotel, dat staat nergens. Je moet voor het boeken goed doorklikken en dan zie je ergens heel klein staan dat je 300RM cash moet betalen aan borg. Voor veel mensen is KL de laatste bestemming voordat ze naar huis gaan dus dan is het erg vervelend om nog zoveel cash in een vreemde valuta te hebben. Na heeel lang wachten kregen we een akkoord op het betalen van de borg in euro's. Het contact met de accommodatie verloopt heel stroef: je moet een dag wachten op een reactie. Ook word je behandeld als crimineel omdat je moet wachten totdat ze je kamer hebben gecheckt en dan pas krijg je je borg terug. Je moet in- en uitchecken in een soort huiskamer op de 33e verdieping en ze maken zowel daar als bij de lobby foto's en kopieën van je paspoort. Als je ze erop wijst dat niet mag dan word je raar aangekeken. Al met al kregen wij een heel naar en vervelend gevoel bij deze accommodatie en zouden dit absoluut niet aanraden .

Не приветливый персонал , плохая уборка( просто делают вид что протирают , снимают на фото для руководства наверное, а сами не протирают )практически нет кухонных принадлежностей(две кружки, даже стаканов нет ), проблемы с возвратом залога (все вернули) выселение занимает 40 минут!!!

The facilities were good, room had a view, and was clean

The staff were horrible, they gave us the wrong room, we booked a two bedroom apartment but only got a single bedroom with two beds. When I complained they said that it was all they had, which was incorrect as the hotel was half empty. If I pay for a double bedroom I expect to receive one or a partial refund. Also when I asked the reception for access to a toilet for my 5yr old son, they said I had to take him up to the 51st floor where the pool was. I am sure that all the staff at reception have immediate access to toilets and they don’t have to go to the 51st floor. All the staff were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend based on staff attitude. We will not be returning at all

Das Appartement war recht neu, sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut klimatisiert. WLAN funktioniert hervorragend. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist schön und erfrischend. Die Aussicht auf die Petronas Twin Towers war atemberaubend. 300RM Kaution müssen bar bezahlt werden. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Preis-Leistung war wirklich super. Würden es wieder buchen.

Für den Checkout sollte man etwas Zeit einplanen, da das Zimmer kontrolliert wird, bevor man die Kaution zurückbekommt.

отличное расположение, до башен 10 минут пешком, рядом отличный ресторан, в котором можно покушать. бассейн на 51 этаже просто восторг!

изначально нам дали ключи от номера, мы пришли в него, а он оказался даже не убран после предыдущих жильцов! Потом сразу поменяли номер, где было чисто. за все 2 дня проживания ни разу не убрали. я писала в комментариях при бронировании, что у нас медовых месяц и хотя бы как-то украсьте комнату или комплимент может какой-то - об этом забыли. взымается депозит 100$, при выселении возвращают. я скажу на 100%, что апартаменты заточены на количество, но не на качество. я думаю, что мы бы не вернулись в эти же апартаменты снова. учитывайте, что при бронировании стоимость не полная, к ней плюсуется налог. полотенца меняют, если вы останавливаетесь более чем на 3 дня. а еще! нам за день до выезда принесли бумагу, где было указано, что будет выключено электричество и просят выехать раньше в 9:30!!! об этом они узнали в марте, но при бронировании никто об этом не написал! это огромные неудобства! потом, когда мы пришли на ресепшен, у них все уже поменялось, сказали, что на свой страх и риск можем остаться до 12:00, но если лифты работать не будут, то придется спускаться пешком. нет никакой клиентоориентированности у данных апартаментов.
