The location was great very near for eating places and shops.

Great central location with parking. Host very friendly and helpful. The property is very well decorated, equipped, and spotlessly clean. Bedroom of a very good size with a large bed with a firm but very comfortable mattress. The bathroom is also large with a good walk-in rainfall shower and modern tub. Property is on the main street but noise was never an issue. Early 1pm is a really refreshing change for Lytham, and I wish more would offer this as standard.

We’ve had a lovely 3 night stay at the Snug at Windmill House. The owner Tiffany welcomed us at the property and straight away gave us recommendations for local restaurants/places to visit. Our very private room had everything we needed including a wine cooler and glasses tea coffee and every morning something nice to snack on. The whole house is beautifully decorated and is a very short distance to lots of bars/restaurants/cafes and a huge variety of shops. And there’s the added bonus of free parking at the property.

I really liked the relaxed but professional approach Tiffany has. I was working so needed space but Tiffany kept in touch just enough to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed, she even offered me supper one evening which I thought was lovely. Her directions to Windmill House were very clear and it was great to know that I had private and secure off road parking for my car which I could see from the window. The first thing I noticed when I got into the room was a whole jar off coffee available to me, not just a few saches, which are usually provided. Also, a croissant, orange juice and some biscuits, just what I needed after a long drive! I will definitely stay again.

Perhaps a small dedicated desk for work would of been useful.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need. Although we didn't meet Tiffany, she was in contact with us all the time to make sure we were ok and satisfied with everything. Great location, clean and very comfortable.

Great location, plus had off road parking, but there was road parking available as well. The host Tiffany was so welcoming gave us lots of tips on what to see and where to eat. It felt a home from home. The room has everything you could want, and if you did need anything else just ask Tiffany . It was clean and bed very comfy.
