Clean and tidy
Good location
Good communication with owner
Heating wasn’t on and manuel didn’t help. Heating should really have been on for our arrival as it was winter.
Bedding for the sofa bed was not where the manuel said it was.
No bath/shower mats so clothes on bathroom floor unexpectedly got wet. No hooks to hang clothes on either.
Didn’t know the lift wasn’t working when I had already booked it - my elderly mum had to take the stairs.
