facilities are great

Contacted the instagram page before we went and it took them until after we left to get back to us, even though they had read the messages. communication between staff was not always great, so had to wait 45mn to get our room and then we had to go back to reception to ask because they had forgotten about us. no one told us about the half board for Mekong when we checked in so we weren't allowed to get it when we went the tiles at the bottom of the pool were falling off everywhere making it very dangerous for people and we even got a cut on our feet

Het ontbijt was fantastisch! De bedden uitstekend Ik heb heerlijk geslapen! Het personeel was super behulpzaam.

all was good as couples going for relaxation, a family with kids was near to our room and the noise level was high; future such thing need to be consider to have separate section for families with kids

I like all restaurants and staff except the coffee shops i went to ask for drink and both either at ground or garden coffee shops staff not welcoming, no smile, we try to find our way to table and they took long time to bring the drinks although the coffee shop was not full Also, I asked for cooking classes at thai restaurant and I was told that they will contact me (I provided all details) but I didnt receive any call. next day I checked with the restaurant reservation desk about my request and they called me later on the afternoon the apologize for me that they are fully booked and I didnt give 24 hours notice, which is not correct

The facilities were amazing, food was exceptional and staff were extremely friendly yet professional. I am glad i got to spend our wedding anniversary at this hotel!

We had one incident with rude staff member but the duty manager made it up for us and handled our complaint very well.

What an amazing stay, the whole staff was amazing and very attentive. Even the GM (R.S) and the Operations Director (S.R) were on the ground making sure all the guests are well taken care of. Shoutout also to Imran at the beach he was always making sure we has everything we needed. The rooms, facilities and the whole lot were exceptional. The food was great specially the breakfast. Cant wait to be back

The property was wonderful and Mr Abu was extremely helpful and accommodating for all the requests that I had. He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Things I loved about the resort were the: rooms, very modern clean big and luxurious. The food was great both at the sea breeze breakfast buffet and the beach house. The scenery with the mangroves and sea water filling up the alcove was breathtaking.

Honestly I wouldn’t say much negative about it apart from it being a tad expensive. I know the hotel is going under a soft launch so here’s some constructive criticism to help but really these are so minor and don’t impede on the holiday at all, but rather just a helpful suggestion. 1.) Mekong restaurant the tables by the water had quite slow service maybe due to being out of sight. 2.) The rooms were quite “Transparent” you can hear a lot of activity from the hall ways. 3.) Color of the beach towels and bedding are quite conflicting with the resort I feel it takes away from the luxury of the resort and adds a bit of a ‘cheap feel’ 4.) not being able to go onto the walk way by the mangroves as a resort guest really isn’t great. Place the security further up by the villa rooms and allow guests to take photos further up the walk way or perhaps build another platform for a mangrove viewing platform

Excellent facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. If you want to relax and unwind it’s the best place to travel. Thank you very much.

Hotel restaurants are expensive but there are plenty of restaurants around the area just as good and cost less.

Le personnel était vraiment lent et peu réactif. Décevant pour une hôtel de ce standing..

The rooms were very well thought out, beach was nice, the attendant at the beach imran was great. Nice entrance and overall a very nice looking hotel

So unfortunately we had a few issues. The shower was not hot and even after telling staff this they did not fix it or change our room which was very disappointing. Which I expected they should have. Our drinks at mekong took 20 mins to arrive for each order, and I had one member of staff call me at 11pm to settle a bill when I was about to go to bed, I had signed for it but no one told me you had to pay immediately. When I told staff this on checkout I was expecting something back from the hotel but only got a sorry, think for the price I expected something different. Also think the music on the beach is too loud and doesn't match the energy.

Location and weather were amazing break for our short staycation and room was very clean

I had a special request to be away from any noise, but i was just close to the lobby so i could hear the steps of most people were passing by my room and someone was vacuuming the corridor!! I mean all what i asked for was a peaceful time. I believe i could have had a better time for the same or lower price at St Regis with a high floor and Seaview!
