The trip was amazing we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very friendly staff

The owners are very pleasant and a lovely family. Breakfast was good, bar was reasonably priced. The Room was for 5 people with a double bed and triple bunkbed. This room hasn't got the space for 5 people. We were super cramped trying to get dressed, etc. Had nowhere to sit other than on the end of a bed. The room was severly dated. The bathroom was awful. Mould around the shower. Little things like no plug in the sink, there were 4 plug sockets next to a mirror but there wasn't enough space under the plug socket so we couldn't plug in the hair curlers, etc. Definately family friendly, we were glad that our itinerary kept us out of the room. The Beach was really close and the B and B location was brill.

Great budget hotel. Room small but clean and comfortable. Had everything you need. Decent location. Local shops and takeaways. Easy walk into town. Only downside : some neighbour's dog that barks loudly every morning, sometimes quite early. That's too disturbing.

The hotel was excellent and very clean all the staff was very welcoming friendly caring and very kind definitely recommen staying here and me and my friend are wanting to come back next year to this hotel

Exactly what we needed for, for one night, just somewhere to rest our heads.

Outside this hotel looks ok but once you start heading up the stairs with awful carpet that has obviously been down many years it just gets worse. The room had a strange smell, holes in the walls, blood stain on bedding, the carpets were so black with ground in dirt , the shower room was a disgrace. This hotel is 1 star at the most. It needs decorated badly . The bed was a spring mattress which had seen better days. We lay on top of the quilt to try get some comfort. I would not advise anyone to book this hotel. Oh and there are budgies in the bar area, my daughter has an allergy to bird feathers so maybe the hotel should put in description they have animals and birds in the property.

Hotel was not the cleanest bed not very good manager of hotel was lovely could do with being repainted damp in the bathroom

It was a clean room comfortable bed and the breakfast was good .overall good value for the price...would definitely stay there again

I have stayed here many times but not for a couple of years and there are now new owners. The new owners have made some improvements such as a new door entry system and there is some redecoration. It’s a good budget stay.

Lovely warm welcome, good location, good breakfast value for money wasn’t expecting a class room I’d read the reviews and read that the rooms was small and tired needs updating/decorating but they were ripped wallpaper and it was quite dirty it had not been hoovered they were hair clips on the floor ect I was I. Room 24 which was the top of the house the shower was leaking from the hose so more water was running out of that then the shower head it’s self bed was comfy but found an hair on the sheet and it wasn’t from someone’s head had a Terrible nights sleep which wasn’t the owner’s fault but they were a family with kids who was running up and down the stairs slamming doors shouting right up till 3am police was called I don’t think I’d choose this hotel to stay again sadly

The staff are amazing. Really friendly and very helpful. They take great care if you have extra needs. The property is in excellent condition but the rooms are very small. Limited storage if two people share a room. Buildings around the property are not in such good condition but the tram is very near. St chads road stop. The stop after manchester square when heading out of town

Amazing little B n B. The owner was really nice and his step daughter was lovely and polite 😊 10 second walk from the beach front -, perfect. definitely going back next year ❤️ xx

friendly owners, breakfast value for money. Tired hotel but def worth what we paid.

We were welcomed with a smile, checked in shown our room. The room was compact but had everything we needed our own bathroom unlike many Blackpool guest houses, plenty of tea and coffee. Next time we come to Blackpool we will be trying to book this again Many thanks guys

The property suited our needs and was close to the Blackpool FC stadium and nightlife!

Great stay for the price. Very comfortable bed, we both had a great nights sleep.

Stayed.frpm the 1st to 5th April made to feel welcome could not do enough to help even moved us to lower level as was on crutches carlton Stacey and kids are so very friendly amd welcome rooms cant fault them no issues the towels amd toiletries nice touch breakfast was amazing good choice didnt want to get up in morning as bed so comfy and cosy kids loved the pool table and karoke good choice of toys for kids to play with eldest fell in love witj Bailey the dog my youngest was fasinated with budgies this is such a kid friendly hotel bar prices good as well we bookednin for new year but tjink we also be adding another stay as well Carlton and stacey you doing good job cant wait to.get back down

As others have said, the rooms are tired but the owners are absolutely fabulous. They are welcoming and nothing is too much for them. A very good breakfast for the price. Rooms very clean snd beds comfortable. Would highly recommend and will certainly stay again when visiting Blackpool. Wonderful value for money.

Owners was brilliant , answered all our questions, was dreading our first weekend away with 3 young children, but the hotel catered for kids with toys and games in the bar area, they even did a easter chick hunt for the kids with chocolate as a surprise, will definitely return.
