Disappointing Stayed here for 2 nights. Payed extra $95 for the hot tub that the blowers and filter didn't work. Says it sleeps 10 but only accommodation for 7. 3 bedrooms with queen size beds that sleep 2 people Comfortably and a couch. had to go purchase a air mattress and blankets. The beds only has flat sheet and 1 blanket per bed. One bed had bricks holding the bed up. No extra towels got to bring your own towel for the hot tub that you already got to pay extra for. only got like 6 towels for showering so if it sleeps 10 and 10 people wanted to shower you got to shair towels (I guess) no face clothes at all. Its says shampoo and soap provided but their wasn't. Dishes wasn't the cleanest and had to be washed everything before use. No kettle if you wanted to make a cup of coffee in the morning. People living in the basement. There's a big wasp nest on the side of the house and some of us got stung. Their is a BBQ their that we spent 2 hours cleaning befor we could use it, it was filthy. No propane tank the people in the basement came out to give us one in the garage with no propane in it . Their is a fire place that you have to go buy your own wood for . For the amount of money that we payed to rent this house for two nights all we should have to bring is our clothes. it was ridiculous the price we had to pay for the little accommodation we received. I would highly not recommend this place To anyone. stay away if you want something Comfortable and private this

We booked this stay for a family celebration over the weekend. We had some activities planned in and around Sherwood Park and also wanted a relaxing outdoorsy stay in the area. We had a small issue with the front door code and the host was quick to respond with a fix however; 1. The house was not clean. I arrived the day before our gathering and spent a night and day cleaning before I could feel comfortable there. When I arrived, the floors were sticky, the walls had some stains on them and there was old food left in the garbage. The oven was not useable due to the dirtiness of it and there was leftover food in the fridge. I purchased disposable plates rather than spend my time washing all the dishes that were covered with finger marks. There was soap scum in both bathrooms and it looked like the tub hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The beds were barely furnished - one didn't have sheets. There were two towels in the whole house. There were old cigarette butts and beer bottles in the backyard as well and the hot tub was not ideal. 2. There are people living in the property. This was not in the listing and we were quite surprised to be sharing the space. The host said the basement was separate but there was a door leading to it from the main level that only locked from the basement side - which is a security issue. There was a fair bit of noise and at 8am on Saturday, they came and took the bbq - which we had hoped to use. We made it work but would not book again.

Stay was excellent. It will be great if you could avoid a security system with webcam near the kitchen. That was the only provacy concern we had.
