Overall, my stay here has been pleasant. I love that the rooms didn't have carpet being that guests are allowed to have their dogs here. I'm some spaces outside of my room, the stench of dog can be pretty heavy. And, of course, you may have to deal with drugs barking. But it's peaceful. And they even came around to do pest control due to a prior guest leaving behind a summer unwelcomed guests. The staff is professional and cordial. It's a great value for the price.

First room was dirty roaches and no tv. Moved and next room was clean but still no tv Had to use my hotspot on my phone for tv to work. Internet does not work. Lady at the desk was very kind
Edit to add: NO HOT WATER let it run for like ten mins and ice water is all i got.

The motel is run down, however the studio side is better than the motel side. First checking in there is no elevator so you have to carry all luggage up the stairs to your room. Secondly, once in the room there was a roach then multiple ants around the sink area by the kitchenette. Stains were on the bedding and the room just needed to be deep cleaned. The ceiling in the bathroom is rusted peeling and gross

Stayed twice within 2 weeks. They tried to keep my cash deposit but a credit card deposit took over the allotted time.

When we first checked in there was a $100 deposit fee for damages not mentioned in the booking. Room was already paid for. The pillow cases and sheets had stains on them, the bathroom hadn’t been mopped and the pool was closed, the electrical outlets were falling off the wall. If it hadn’t been for the front desk worker we would have left sooner.

Room had not been swept or mopped. The counters were dirty and sticky. Was overall gross. The bathroom did not have toilet paper. Room next door had a party all night(just finishing up as we were leaving at 7am. This Hotel and all others in town were sold out so no other options. Takes the cake for worst stay I can remember. I guess that’s the motel 6 charm.

Maintenance was awesome every time there was an issue. The overnight front desk was also great. The day shift front desk lady seem like she had an attitude every time I reported and issue. The key seem to be deactivated every time I got off work and the sink overflowed onto the flood due to the rooms upstairs. Takes over 30 minutes for hot water to show up. Besides those issues the room was clean. Doesn’t seem the design of the room was thought out. Outside is very dated. Overall when room was 50 to 60 worth it. When it got into Holiday Inn prices someone was a bit delusional.

The experience was great and the room was very spacious for myself and my family. I hated the Wi-Fi was not too good had to use our own. But overall everything else was amazing will visit again.

Hotel is under renovation. The new studio rooms are brand new rooms within the old building. Stay was fine, bed was comfortable. Other guests were noisy. Hotel is only partly renovated but should be good when completed. Good value for money.
