area, stayed in that area few times.. past rentals where not available, this was new rental . BAD MISTAKE

when you open the door the stench blasted you can smell was mold moisture some kind of cleaning material and fresh paint? I immediately got dizzy in the head, and looked up there were cameras inside the unit. electrical in the kitchen for the lighting above the kitchen was old fashioned fluorescent tubes flickering with wires coming down so you couldn't see in the kitchen. the furniture looks like they got it on the dumpster and threw some covers on it and felt like it too. I contacted the owner and emitted about the mold he said he thought it was taken care of still waiting for full refund have not received it yet.. I'm sure there was other issues but I got my wife out of there and found another place down the street.. I hope the owner corrects all these issues before he rents this place out again..
