I stayed at this hotel for a total of five nights. The staff were friendly, but the experience had both pros and cons. The area is very noisy, with bars and party venues nearby. On Friday night, we couldn't sleep due to loud music (we were on the 4th floor facing Vallarta Street). The next day, we moved to a room on the 10th floor, but it had a strong drainage or egg-like odor. We were relocated again to the 8th floor, which was fine. One morning, there was no water for 2–3 hours due to city water works. Although the city notified days before, the hotel failed to prepare by filling their water tanks and we had to wait.
The breakfast buffet was okay, service was good. The bar staff provided very slow service, and the empanadas were undercooked. If I had known about these issues beforehand, I would still consider staying here but avoiding the 10th floor, and not staying the weekend.

The front desk lady who helped us to check in is extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff did a great job to clean the room. The room is spacious with plenty of plug points. The lighting is impressive. The bathroom is well designed with spacious shower area. The concierge stored our luggage safely with receipt. The location is near to places of attraction. Many good restaurants and pubs are nearby. Overall, a great hotel with great staff.

The location is perfect for visiting Guadalajara. Short walk away from restaurants and bars; always lots of people on the street so it felt pretty safe.
Was worried prior to arrival since some reviews mentioned sewage smell in the rooms and shower. At one point the shower did smell of sulfur, but it was very faint and we didn't think it was unbearable.
Some setbacks:
- The lights and AC are slow to operate and gets reset when the door is opened/closed.
- There is an echo device in the room that can only be configured in Spanish; we didn't have trouble with this, but our friends got woken up by the alarm at 5 am and couldn't turn it off
- Shower pressure is low
Despite these setbacks, we would still recommend staying at this hotel for the convenient location and affordable pricing!

Great hotel to stay. Near Chapultepec Street where you can find many restaurants. This is a new hotel.
Only problem is parking. Small parking spaces in the underground and you need to honk to open the gate after hours.

Beautiful property. Modern amenities and clean. Friendly service. My only issue was no wash cloths in the bathroom. I would also suggest adding some wall art or greenery to make the room feel warmer. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. No issues with noise from the 6th floor.

The staff was friendly and the service was sufficient but the noise level is quite loud inside of the hotel rooms. The hotel however is very conveniently located to everything including dining, shopping, event centers and churches.

The hotel is new on a perfect location. Walked around during the day. Felt safe. Not in a bad area. The room was clean and cozy. I would say I was able to hear my neighbors tv. Kinda sucked while I was trying to sleep. Also you can hear the outside with the balcony door closed but it wasn’t bad compare to the room next door to us. Overall for the price and location it was fine. On a side note the gentleman that help us carry our bags to the room when we first arrived he asked for a tip which I thought it was rude to ask when a tip is optional. Not saying I wasn’t going to but he beat me to it by asking for money. Other than that it was a great stay.

We stayed 6 nights, but the first night was horrible. There was a food smell very bad, but they cannot give us another room till the following day either therefore try to ask for a discount or my money back on the first night cause I cannot sleep. All they told me was to open up my windows, the bad thing was there was a nightclub. I didn’t go to sleep till 3 o’clock the next day in the morning with the smell and the noise was excellent, From what I was informed, is that a lot of the rooms do smell like raw Sewage, And there is nothing that could be done!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. I felt very safe here; the area around the hotel felt safe; there were a lot of dining options; great restaurants; the hotel was clean with a lot of amenities. I highly recommend.
