Our family had a fabulous time staying at this house in Estes Park. The house itself and property manager exceeded our expectations. House was in a perfect location, very clean, excellent amenities, super cute decor and beds were very comfortable. We loved it!!! The property manager was so nice and quickly responded to all of our questions. We will definitely stay again.

Our family of five stayed here for a few days over the Fourth of July holiday. We were looking forward to viewing the fireworks from the deck but the weather did not cooperate and the fireworks were cancelled. The weather changes quickly in the mountains so when people say be prepared for rapid changes and afternoon rain, believe it! Now onto the property, WOW is about the best description for it. Very impressive home that has spared no details. The layout is great, the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom is huge with the shareable shower, soaker tub and heated floor. The kitchen had everything you need to make your meals or barbeque on the Weber grill on the deck. Large dining table for eating your meals or laying out your hiking supplies. The surround sound system was a nice touch for watching movies or listening to your favorite tunes. Plenty of DVD's to choose from, we chose to watch the Shinning on the first stormy night before visiting the Stanley hotel the following day. Decor is about as nice as I've seen in a VRBO. The highlight of this home is the breathtaking views of the mountains, Lake Estes and valley. The home is in a small neighborhood but it was quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and relaxing after a long day of hiking and horse back riding in RMNP. It was also nice to have access to the garage. Wonderful property, great stay, we highly recommend staying here! We loved Estes Park, thanks Sara, we'll be back

Sara was a very thoughtful host who provided amenities that are above and beyond your common short term rental. So many little touches were very much appreciated by our crew and helped create a seamless trip. The view is spectacular, and we loved hanging in the hot tub every night!

We came with hopeful expectations and we were blown away by this STR. Walking into the front door you are knocked down by the large windows overlooking the mountains. Then, the attention to details was unbelievable….they do not skimp on anything including shampoo, body wash, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and more!! The whole house was stocked like our home, all the beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was a huge hit. I don’t usually have the desire to return to the same place but this is an exception!! I cannot give this a higher mark than 5 stars but in our families opinion it’s a clear 10.

This house was perfect for a family get together. The communication before and during our stay was helpful and quick. We had 3 couples and a toddler and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was the perfect location to access Rocky Mountain National Park, which was what we were looking for. The back deck has a lovely view, and the hot tub in the front felt so good after a day of hiking. We hope to be back to be back again next summer!

I had a girls trip planned with 5 of us where some of us hadn’t seen one another in a out 32 years. We all went to elementary, Jr High and High School together in Ft Collins, many, many years ago. This home was perfect for all of us. There is TONS of room and the view and patio are amazing, the home is BEAUTIFUL and updated, the beds were very comfortable and it’s just 5 minutes to town. We stayed the weekend and cooked all of our meals. This home has literally everything you will need (other than the food of course). We brought an instapot and a blender because the list of items doesn’t say anything about the home having them, however they had both! We enjoyed the hot tub and reminiscing about the good old days. I would love to bring my family here someday soon! You will not be disappointed with your stay!

This was a wonderful place to spend time with our adult children. The host was great, the home was beautiful, everyone had plenty of space, the view was spectacular, and it was a short drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

The Kingsview is a perfect getaway if you are looking for a vacation rental around RMNP. It is in very close proximity to the charming Estes Park town and just a drive away from RMNP. The pictures in the listing do not justify the breathtaking views of the mountains from within the house. Our group of 8 had an excellent time at Kingsview and we would definitely book it again when we come back!

What a beautiful and peaceful play to stay! It has a very personal touch, which makes you feel right at home. We liked being away from the crowds, but yet only minutes away from where we wanted to go. This was a perfect time to visit, the weather could not have been any better, and it wasn't busy.

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful, well appointed home in Estes Park! Sara the owner is a prompt and thorough communicator and gave some great recommendations for activities and local eateries. The location of the home is convenient to the quaint downtown area as well as the Rocky Mountain National Forest and surrounding trails for hiking Only a short drive away at Eldora we were able to get in some snowboarding and snow shoeing. I would highly recommend this rental and we will certainly be back!!

The house was as expected and it was clear that it is clean and well cared for. The owners were extremely responsive, even keeping us updated when the town lost power for a few hours due to high winds.

This house was absolutely amazing and couldn't have been more perfect for our family. The views from the living room are absolutely breath-taking and everything this house had to offer was more than what we needed. We stayed here for 5 nights. Sara could not have been any more kind and accommodating for our family. Check in was simple and smooth. We found initially there were some items we forgot (cooking, beach towels for the hot tub, etc.) that the house provided. The rooms were all so big and the beds were very comfortable for our family. The hot tub was perfect and so was the bath and showers. We had concerns regarding our one year old that were very quickly laid to rest. From high chairs, to a pack and play, changing table and baby gate for the stairs, there was nothing this house didn't have that we needed! Our trip included venturing into Rocky Mountain National Park and several of the surrounding areas for hiking trails and picturesque views. We dined at many of the restaurants that were recommended (that we recommend too!) and also capped our trip off with driving the beautiful scenic drive down Highway 34 to Fort Collins. We had the best week of vacation we've had in years and we couldn't have enjoyed it as much had we stayed anywhere else. We haven't stayed anywhere else in Estes Park, but I don't think there is anywhere else that can beat what Kingsview had to offer.

We loved this house. It fit 5 adults comfortably, although there should be additional seating in the den as you couldn’t have more than 5 people in there on the furniture. Otherwise five stars, easy check in process, loved the hot tub.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and organized. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and simple. The owner/property manager was extremely timely with communication. Great location and views. The master bed was ridiculously comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to Colorado, but it will not be our last! This place is amazing, we had high expectations from the photos but were blown away seeing it in person. The pictures truly do no justice. It was an excellent layout and location so close to everything! Our kids are 3 and 6 and had an amazing time with all of the board games provided. We recommend this place to any and everyone looking, it will be worth it! We will be back, we appreciate the communication and making this process so simple and fun!!

My 2 daughters and daughter in law with 3 granddaughters stayed at property. Hot tub was a plus. House was perfect. We had very positive experience and all girls loved it. Estes Park had so much to do.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. The Kingwood family provided excellent service with a well stocked home and attention to details. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay, the hot tub under the stars this year was an added bonus! I wholeheartedly would recommend this home for your next Estes Park adventure!

The house has a spectacular mountain view and is a newer construction. Very clean with many thoughtful touches throughout by the host. The host also provided many baby amenities for our 9-month-old. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The 4 of us had a great time in Estes Park and at this home. The home is extremely nice, has great amenities, and is well stocked down to the smallest of details. The back deck is a real plus with comfortable seating and space to eat outdoors.

This was a beautiful home. The view was spectacular. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Our grandkids were just under 4 years and 11 months. It was a family friendly space with the enclosed deck, gates for stairs and beds, pack and play and booster seats. The treat basket was a nice touch for the the kids and adults! Our ‘adult kids’ enjoyed the hot tub and the tickets for the mountain ride were an added bonus. We loved seeing all of the wild life roaming the yards and town, and the detailed instructions ahead of time on getting tickets and timed permits for the park were very helpful. We were all sorry when it was time to leave!

My criteria for my vacation was a spot with a view close to town and nice amenities. This place checked all those boxes. The master was on the ground floor, which after a day of hiking I appreciated very much. The bed was very comfortable. There is no ac but with some fans and cool nights it’s easy to keep it comfortable. The communication and the check in were as easy as one could hope for. The house is in a neighborhood. I thought it was a little more rural judging by the photos. But that didn’t stop the deer from grazing in the back yard.

We rented to spend time with family and make good on a challenge that was issued by my father in law We found the challenge after he passed. The house was perfect, the views were perfect, Longs Peak did not disappoint. Thank you again!!

Beautiful home, gorgeous view, easy to get to all the activities in Estes and this place was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Wildlife in the back yard, and hot tub was amazing to relax in after long day of hiking. Everything was perfect.

The property was very conveniently located, was very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen (even had an Instantpot!) which was particularly helpful since my group was a small family reunion and we cooked dinners together. Also, the host has a LOT of baby/toddler stuff, including gates, pack and play with sheets and mattress, high chair, etc., basically everything we needed. We were able to put the baby gates up and relax knowing our almost 2 year old wouldn’t be going up or down the stairs. Also, the washing machine and dryer were very new and were great since our clothes got gross from hiking. There’s plenty of parking spaces, and it’s clear that this used to be their main home because the appliances are actually nice and easy to use. Very highly recommend.
