Safe! Amazing staff! Perfect area.

I read the reviews before booking my room. The 8/10 and 10/10’s were a selling factor for me. And then I saw some comments about the “area” Don’t even let that concern you. This hotel is fenced and behind a very secure gate. Safety is not a concern. The people working there are all very friendly and greet you with a smile. I’d consider this a hidden gem and a must if you are looking to save money in New Orleans. Just over 10 minutes to the French Quarter, and the rooms are clean, and quiet.

The staff went over and beyond to accomidate me being handicap and in a wheel chair!!! He took it upon himself to switch a couple things up so that we had a very enjoyable stay!!! Location was great and realitivly easy to get to!!! Im super happy and appreciate all their efforts!!! It made for a great night stay!!!

The bed hurt and location was sketchy, BUT super friendly and knowledgeable staff, it felt safe within the gates, room was large, spotless, and I was able to a bath (1st time in yrs) in what I would say was the best tub I've seen in a motel. Nola's proximity was excellent very close to everywhere we looked up as "places to go while in New Orleans".

Me && my boyfriend needed a place at 11pm and was kinda skeptical b/c it’s on chef hwy but … it was very clean , the attendant was very nice && welcoming and it’s also gated ! Key access only . would definitely stay here the next time I visit home .

I like the discount gas and shop center. Food and bus stop are accessible. The uniqueness of the proximity of the Airport.

Shower Did Not Work . Had To Bend Down To Bath . Staff Was Rude And Unfriendly. Area Was Surrounded By Prostitutes And Illegal Activities.

It’s very clean, the rooms are very minimalist, but are updated and fresh. I love that it is gated in and makes me feel very secure.

Decent rooms /close to Bourbon St/Dirty shower curtain/unsafe area /weird staff

This property was recently renovated, and the room I stayed in looked new and was very clean. The service at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. The potential issue is the surrounding neighborhood, which is rough. However, the property is secured with a gate, and once behind from my experience it was very safe.

Don't let the neighborhood deter you. This is a great little diamond in the rough motel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was cheap too.

Great place to stay. Not the most luxurious atmosphere, but the rooms have been recently renovated and are very clean. (I check my bed and the bathroom anywhere I stay.) Everything was alright though. Would recommend for a quick book or something not so pricey for a good nights sleep.
