Overall it was a great place and very close to the downtown area.

A split-level house with separated areas that give a lot of privacy and a great pool table room off the kitchen where people can come together. There is no dining room, so if you are planning on hosting a large dinner party type thing this might be tough. There are stools at the kitchen counter and a low table in the living room area, which work great for casual eating. The house is very clean and comfortable and Kadia is a excellent communicator. If you are an extremely light sleeper there is a little bit of truck noise that might bother you, but otherwise the neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean. There are also some great restaurants just over the river. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect location for a weekend baseball tournament in Marion plus time exploring Cedar Rapds, Czech Village and New Bo. Plenty of space for two adults and two 16 year old baseball players. Kadia is an amazing host - very responsive, welcoming and helpful. Convenient and easy to access location.

it was a very good house. it was just my mom , my friend & i so for just three people the house was very nice. the owners were very nice & very easy to communicate with!!
